In Russia it is said that chickens are milked, and cows carry eggs. (A mockery of those who believe ridiculous rumors.)

Voting day and pictures…

Walked and it was bitterly cold. -22 and I stepped almost 10,000 steps. That is close to my goal and it is good….kinda cold and plain bitter…

I passed a dozen voting sites. They sell coffee and hot tea. They have lots of food to buy and people are out in force voting early. You could not imagine the babushkas with their canes all walking to the voting stations. It was a wonderful sight to see, -22 and they were out to vote…

Sveta sent me pictures of what they got at the voting station…. (below)

Sun is up and it is spring. Russia is so beautiful and I am thankful to be part of it….just wish I could vote!
