The European Commission has admitted that the media reports on the telephone call of European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso with Russian President Vladimir Putin in which the Russian leader allegedly talked of “taking Kiev in two weeks,” were made public out of context.
This incident is the basis for new sanctions against Russia. This lie is the basis NATO is using to scare all of Europe and this lie is what is being used by Obama to scare the Americans. This conversation that Barroso deliberately lied about, to the press and in meetings with the western politicians, is the basis for new sanctions and all the threats against Russia this week…
Pia Ahrenkilde-Hansen, a spokesperson for Mr. Barroso, said Thursday the EU has moved to address the issue “through diplomatic channels, not in the press,” The Wall Street Journal writes.
This is called damage control, for Russia has all transcripts of the conversation. Therefore, the EU wants to sweep it under the table…
“I can only add that the president of the Commission informed his colleagues in the European Council in a restricted session of the conversations he had with President Putin. Unfortunately part of his intervention was made public out of context,” she said in a written response to The Wall Street Journal.
This means, oops we screwed up big time and we lied again, but we are trying to cover it up and still use it as a reason for sanctions, for we still hate Russia and want to blame all our problems on Russia…

This last statement is what caused the west to do a 180 and start damage control…
