White Lilacs and typical Russian spread of food…

I have to show the lady from Europe who sent us the white lilacs what is happening with them. Well, they are growing and rooting…

Pro Babushka (Svetochka’s mother, which is term for great grandmother) has a definite green thumb and she is proudly growing white lilacs on her balcony in the heart of Moscow. Sometimes life makes you smile and this is one of those times…

I just hope she lets us take then to the village. She may become attached to them. They have become her babies, you know! 😉

This will be a perfect year to plant them in the village. It is going to be cool, wet and wonderful here in Russia…
