Therefore since I am diabetic, I was on the cusp of hypoglycemia 3.9 mmol/L (70 mg/dL). I felt it and got weak kneed. I did not understand until I got home what was happening. I felt okay, except being weak somewhat. I attributed that to being old… 😉

I just ate again and my sugar levels are in the 5’s mmol/L and that is much better. I have cut my sugar pills back and am finding that I am still needing to adjust them some more…

China has been training heavily with Russia and both Russia and China know that they will be covering the others back, when America plays her stupidity hand of cards…
I have talked about that Russia does not bluff. Well China is even more likely to never bluff than Russia and what you have is serious actions only by Russia and China….I expect the USA to do something as stupid as attack China to instigate issues, We have already done it to Russia and Russia and China are bidding their time…
