In Russia it is said that chickens are milked, and cows carry eggs. (A mockery of those who believe ridiculous rumors.)

We made it to TRV…

The trip was good, well except for stupid Russian drivers, but that is too be expected. Therefore, you must have plenty of icons to save you from the hazards of the roads in Russia. We have on Svetochka’s side of the car…. A swing bear, FuGu the fish and icons of the Orthodox to help things along in life. We also have the famous cup of Russian tea, which you could and cannot go without. No self respecting Russian would travel without his or her cuppa tea…

Lunch time came and we stopped at the side of a lake we found. It was beautiful….we had kielbasi, cheese and whatnot…

The Tiny Russian Village in sight….from the goat trail…

This year there are apples and I mean apples…

Have a nice day. Once I am getting in the swing of things better, I will post more…

PS: The lilacs, pine tree, pear trees and rose have all survived. Guess they have become village toughened?
