Comment from the Russian Embassy in the USA – “on freedom of speech cannot serve as an excuse for terrorism and murder of people.”

🇷🇺🇺🇸 Comment from the Russian Embassy in the USA

We drew attention to an article in Foreign Affairs with statements by American retirees and military experts about the need for the Kyiv regime to “destroy” the Crimean Bridge.

❗️ The publication, concocted by local pseudo-analysts, including the former commander of US Ground Forces in Europe B. Hodges, is striking in its madness and cynicism.

👉 Insistent “advice” to Kiev to conduct massive shelling of Russian civilian infrastructure using ATACMS ammunition transferred from Washington once again confirms the Russophobes’ total misunderstanding of the catastrophic risks of further dragging the United States into the conflict. At the same time, they are actively pushing Berlin to provide Ukrainian neo-Nazis with long-range Taurus missiles , which, they say, are even better suited for achieving this goal.

☝️It is obvious that local “hawks” are seeking to revive the fading interest of American citizens in events in Eastern Europe . Especially considering the failed “counter-offensive” of the Ukrainian Armed Forces , which was carefully prepared by Western curators.

❌ We emphasize that freedom of speech cannot serve as an excuse for terrorism and murder of people. Foreign Affairs magazine is ruining its reputation by giving such odious characters a platform . We expect explanations from the editors to what extent the published material reflects the position of this once authoritative publication, as well as condemnation of terrorist calls by the American authorities.

Роскомнадзор: So I wonder what we will see happen about these demands???

On December 4, 2023, the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) announced the creation of a register for foreign web hosting providers and the introduction of further requirements for organizations, following amendments to the Federal Law No. 126-FZ on Communications (the Law) which entered into effect on December 1, 2023.

What are the new obligations for foreign web hosting providers?

The Roskomnadzor noted that amendments to the Law introduced an obligation for foreign web hosting providers to register with the Roskomnadzor.

Moreover, the Law establishes additional requirements related to cybersecurity, including:

  • ensuring the protection of information in their infrastructure;
  • collaborating with the State System for Detecting, Preventing, and Eliminating the Consequences of Computer Attacks on Information Resources of the Russian Federation (GosSOPKA);
  • quickly responding when threats arise, notably by reporting incidents within 24 hours from the moment they are identified; and
  • using the National Domain Name System (NDS) and precise time servers (NTP servers) located on Russian territory.

Furthermore, the Roskomnadzor noted that hosting providers will be able to serve only users who have been identified or authenticated using methods approved by the Government.

What is the deadline for registration?

The Roskomnadzor highlighted that foreign web hosting providers must submit their registration by December 15, 2023. In order to create a register, foreign hosting providers must submit an activity notification through Roskomnadzor’s website here.

Moreover, organizations that are yet to begin their activities as web hosting providers must notify the Roskomnadzor no later than 15 days prior to starting their activities.

What about organizations that are not registered?

According to the Roskomnadzor, organizations that are not registered will be prohibited from providing hosting services in Russia from February 1, 2024.

We must understand that the real crisis is just beginning…

It is becoming increasingly clear that the war in Ukraine, with all its well-designed economic sanctions, Nazi sabotage, and mainstream mediademonization of President Putin, was a coordinated effort to conquer and overtake Russia. A full-scale surprise attack by the collective West against another country. Pure piracy. Now that the attack has failed and morphed into an Israel fiasco, it has made many people aware of the dark and cynical plans and has also shone a light on the overwhelming number of completely manipulated, ruthless and heartless people among us. How many plebs actually knew about the plan and how many simply ran with the crowd? We must not allow any accomplice, in any form, any of them to forget their complicity, but rather consider them disqualified for future leadership and or any form of future period…

We must understand that the real crisis is just beginning and that the first consequence could be a deep division in our societies, leading to a “EUian Spring”, a USAian Spring, a Canuk Spring, a western-spring…

There is simply a time for everything and a season in which everything must pass…

You have to respect the Russian discipline, the coordination of reactions and the concentration in this phase of human history, despite many low shots by the West. Russians unlike their crazy land-grabbing western cousins / enemies, the Neo-Nazis, Zionists and Neoconservatives, they are apparently not just looking for low-hanging fruit.They are waiting for bigger and better chocolate covered, roasted marshmallows on graham crackers (called S’mores), which allows for a bunch of patience. While you must have the perfect fire to roast marshmallows…

Ukraine: lets make S’mores!

We must understand that the real crisis is just beginning…
