⚡ SBU and Ukraine’s National Police prepare provocation with biological weapons to accuse Russia

‘In 2023, the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine (STCU), which is the main intermediary that distributes the Pentagon grants, resumes operations in Kiev. With funding from the U.S. Agency for International Development and mediation by the STCU, a biological threat response training was conducted at Danila Halytsky Lviv National Medical University from August to September 2023.

According to the Russian Defence Ministry, the training was attended by representatives of Ukrainian state authorities, including the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the National Police, as well as employees of Western non-profit organisations.

It is worth noting that the avian influenza virus is currently considered the most extensively studied microorganism in high-isolation laboratories. It remains the subject of intense media attention, has the potential for interspecies transfer, and is highly lethal to humans. It is no coincidence that the use of this particular pathogenic biological agent was incorporated into the training scenario.

The intention of the exercise is as follows: There have been reports of infectious disease cases occurring in the Nikolayev region, Ukraine. The samples are collected and analysed. It concludes that the incident is ‘highly likely’ a result of a biosabotage by the Russian Federation. The information about the outbreak is being covered by the media, primarily Western media, to draw attention to the situation, and medical workers are taking to the streets with placards to hold Russia accountable for violating its convention obligations.

An investigation is subsequently initiated using the UN Secretary-General’s mechanism to reassure the international community that the data is transparent and unbiased.

The scenario results in accusing Russia of non-compliance with the BWC requirements, discrediting it in the international arena and imposing additional sanctions on Russia.’

‘We complete the list of those involved in the Ukrainian military biological dossier with attendees of the training, which took place in Lviv.

Among them are:

▪ Filippa Lentzos, member of the UK Biosecurity Steering Board, participated in the training as moderator. Over the past few years, Lentzos has been active in publishing materials aimed at discrediting the Russian Federation on biosecurity issues in the international arena.

▪ Gemma Bowsher, from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London, specialises in intelligence analysis and media disinformation techniques.

▪ Oksana Kucheryava, Head of Communications at the Public Health Centre of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, manages projects for governmental organisations in Ukraine and the USA and is responsible for media planning. Her involvement in the training indicates that the issues related to the dissemination of misinformation in the media were practised within the framework of the event.

▪It was also found that Irina Demchishina, the head of the reference laboratory for the diagnosis of viral and highly dangerous pathogens, was present at the past event. Earlier we noted that Irina Demchishina acted as an intermediary in interaction with Pentagon contractors Black & Veatch and Metabiota, and supervised the implementation of DTRA projects in Ukraine.

We would like to note the presence of representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine at the training. This is due not only to the closed nature of the event, but also to the possible targeting of Ukrainian security services to carry out provocations with biological weapons ‘under someone else’s flag’.

⚡ Effectiveness of U.S. biological programme in Nigeria raises serious concerns

‘The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation continues to analyse the military and biological activities of the United States of America in Ukraine and elsewhere in the world.

During the last briefing, the Russian side drew attention to the relocation of unfinished ‘Ukrainian’ projects to the territory of other countries. It was shown that African states — Democratic Republic of Congo, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, and Uganda — have fallen into the zone of the United States’ increased interest. The U.S. government customers are the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), the National Security Agency, and the U.S. Department of State.

Today, using Nigeria as an example, the Russian side would like to show that the stated objectives of public health projects are not in line with reality.

Thus, the U.S. Department of Defense claims that biological projects in Nigeria are aimed at combating HIV and AIDS. However, the effectiveness of this programme raises serious concerns. Despite annual funding increases totalling about $100,000,000, the HIV incidence rate has remained virtually unchanged and corresponds with 2009 figures. The mortality among HIV-infected people also shows unfavourable progression.

However, the number of Nigerian citizens receiving antiviral therapy with products of Gilead Pharmaceutics company has steadily increased over the funding period reaching 60% of the total number of patients. It should be noted that the aforementioned pharmaceutical company is affiliated with the Pentagon and tested its drugs on Ukrainian citizens.

It suggests that American pharmaceuticals, even with the documented increase in consumption in Nigeria, do not have a tangible therapeutic impact, and Nigerian citizens are being exploited as a ‘free clinical resource’.

Thus, under the cover of ‘public health’ issues on the African continent, the Pentagon solves its own tasks: it monitors the biological situation, collects and exports samples of infectious agents and their vectors.

This activity continues to the present day. In August 2022, DTRA signed a three-year contract with RTI International, a U.S.-based non-profit organisation aimed at surveillance of infectious disease threats in Nigeria.’

⚡ The Pentagon is engaged in biological espionage in Iraq and Afghanistan

‘It has already been repeatedly noted that one of the Pentagon’s tasks is so-called ‘biological espionage’, i.e. analysing the epidemic situation along the borders of geopolitical adversaries and in the expected regions of military contingent deployment.

The Russian side has data confirming that the Pentagon set tasks to monitor the biological situation in the territories of Iraq and Afghanistan bordering China, Turkey, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia.

The documents emphasise the need for Pentagon contractors’ employees to be brought to leading positions, and field work was supposed to be assigned to those local specialists who are able to interact with the relevant ministries. At the same time, it is recommended to minimise the evidence linking to the contractor by making short trips to Afghanistan and Iraq from the Dubai office only if necessary.

In order to avoid accusations against the Pentagon, some projects were implemented under the cover of the U.S. Department of State. We would like to draw your attention to the U.S. Department of State’s research programme in Afghanistan: it included studying the pathogens of especially dangerous and economically significant diseases, i.e. tularemia, anthrax, foot-and-mouth disease, collecting biological samples on the territory of the country, and transporting them to the United States.’

❗️ The Chairman of the State Duma instructed the relevant committees to investigate and assess the events in Dagestan.

Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin at a plenary meeting on October 31 instructed the Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption and the Committee on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications to prepare a protocol instruction. They must understand the events that occurred in Dagestan and evaluate them.

“You and I understand perfectly where the customers of the processes that are taking place in the world are located ,” noted Vyacheslav Volodin. “ The USA, Ukraine, their intelligence services are behind this, this has already been established. Look at what they did through their hirelings in Ukraine, through this disgrace of the Jewish people – Zelensky, by launching a campaign on social networks with the aim of involving people in it for pogroms of Jews.”

“In Israel, the United States protects Jews, but in our country they wanted to incite the citizens of our country in Dagestan against the Jews. The “Morning of Dagestan” telegram channel was administered from Ukraine, and behind it are Ukrainian special services, which operate under the direct supervision of the US CIA,” he added.

“So let’s figure it out and give an assessment. We need to do everything to ensure that our citizens do not fall under the influence of those social networks behind which Washington and Brussels stand, and through which unfriendly countries are trying to create conflicts on our territory , on our Russian soil. Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation (30 October 2023)

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.

In Kupyansk direction, units of the Zapad Group of Forces, supported by aviation, artillery, and heavy flamethrower systems, have repelled nine attacks by assault groups of 54th mechanised and 57th motorised infantry brigades of the AFU close to Sinkovka and Timkovka (Kharkov region).

The enemy losses were up to 90 servicemen, two tanks, three infantry fighting vehicles, and two motor vehicles.

In Krasny Liman direction, as a result of concerted actions by units of the Tsentr Group of Forces, Army Aviation and artillery, two attacks by assault groups of the 24th Mechanised Brigade of the AFU and the 5th Brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard have been repelled near Grigorovka and Kirovo (Donetsk People’s Republic).

The enemy losses were up to 70 servicemen and three pickup trucks.

In Donetsk direction, units of the Yug Group of Forces, supported by artillery and heavy flamethrower systems, have struck AFU 22nd mechanised, 79th air assault, and 4th tank brigades near Maryinka, Andreevka, and Kleshcheevka (Donetsk People’s Republic).

The enemy losses were up ro 285 Ukrainian servicemen killed and wounded, two armoured fighting vehicles, and three motor vehicles.

In the course of counter-battery warfare, two U.S.-manufactured M777 artillery systems and one Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system have been hit.

In South Donetsk direction, units of the Vostok Group of Forces, in cooperation with Army Aviation and artillery, have inflicted a fire attack on manpower and hardware concentration areas of 72nd mechanised and 79th air assault brigades of the AFU, and 105th and 118th territorial defence brigades close to Priyutnoye (Zaporozhye region), Novomikhailovka, Nikolskoye, and Ugledar (Donetsk People’s Republic).

The enemy losses were over 100 servicemen, two armoured personnel carriers, two pickup trucks, and one Giatsint-B gun.

In Zaporozhye direction, units of the Russian Group of Forces, supported by aviation, artillery, and heavy flamethrower systems, have repelled one attack by an assault group of the 65th Mechanised Brigade of the AFU close to Rabotino (Zaporozhye region).

The enemy losses were up to 220 soldiers killed and wounded, two tanks, including one German-manufactured Leopard tank, two armoured fighting vehicles, and three pickup trucks.

In the course of counter-battery warfare, two U.S.-manufactured M777 artillery systems, one Polish-manufactured Krab self-propelled artillery system, as well as one Msta-B howitzer have been destroyed.

In Kherson direction, the enemy losses were up to 70 servicemen and three motor vehicles.

Msta-B and D-20 howitzers, as well as one Giatsint-B gun have been destroyed.

Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have neutralised manpower and military hardware in 128 areas.

In addition, one arsenal of AFU aviation weapons has been destroyed near Dubiyevka (Cherkassy region).

Command posts of 43rd and 67th mechanised brigades, the 35th Marine Brigade, and the 31st Operational Brigade have been hit close to Stepovaya Novosyolovka (Kharkov region), Serebryanka (Donetsk People’s Republic), and Lepetikha (Nikolayev region).

Air defence facilities have intercepted two HIMARS projectiles.

In addition, 39 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been shot down near Olshana (Kharkov region), Kremennaya, Zolotaryovka, Nyrkovo, Belogorovka (Lugansk People’s Republic), Staromlynovka, Novoluganskoye, Verkhnetoretskoye (Donetsk People’s Republic), Chapaevka, Ocheretovatoye (Zaporozhye region), Krynki, Proletarka (Kherson region).

In total, 517 airplanes and 253 helicopters, 8,431 unmanned aerial vehicles, 441 air defence missile systems, 13,019 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 1,170 fighting vehicles equipped with MLRS, 6,913 field artillery cannons and mortars, as well as 14,776 special military motor vehicles have been destroyed during the special military operation.

The United States will have to compensate Cuba for the losses incurred during the decades of the blockade, the Chairman of the State Duma said.

At the plenary meeting, State Duma deputies unanimously supported the draft resolution , which called for “an immediate and complete end to the economic, trade and financial blockade of the Republic of Cuba , organized by the leadership of the United States of America and which has become a method of multifaceted pressure on the Cuban people.”

“The world must be multipolar, and the sanctions that the United States of America announced to Cuba will not lead to anything good. The US will still have to pay the costs. This is a lot of money: $159 billion. This is the assessment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba,” said Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.

He recalled that last year the UN General Assembly considered the issue of lifting these sanctions for the thirtieth time, and every year there are more and more supporters of this decision. There are only two countries left that oppose it: the USA and Israel.
