Main points:

🔹 [Russian-Japanese relations] are still under strong negative pressure from the hostile course currently being pursued by the administration of [Japanese Prime Minister] F. Kishida.

🔹 It was considered here that the costs of the virtually complete dismantling of relations with one of the main neighbors, the Russian Federation, will be less than the benefits that Japan will receive from opportunistic joining the anti-Russian campaign launched by the West due to the situation in Ukraine.

🔹 As for practical blocks, they are still preserved, we work on them, and in some cases quite effectively. We encounter a very conscious desire to interact on the part of some Japanese departments.

🔹 There are not many figures in the Japanese political establishment who truly understand the error of Tokyo’s current line and are interested in maintaining strong, stable relations with Russia in the long term. But nevertheless, they exist, just like in expert, business circles, and in the cultural sphere.

🔹 Currently, the administration of F. Kishida is pursuing a line to build up the country’s military power and, most importantly, to dismantle the pacifist restrictions that are embedded in the Japanese constitution.

🔹 Our main concern is the intensification of military activities in the format of various types of maneuvers and training events with the participation of units of the United States and other countries, including NATO, directly near the Russian borders.

⚠️ We consider such events as a real direct threat to the security of our Far Eastern borders and overall stability in Northeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region.

⚡️ The investigation obtained data from the mobile phones of those accused of committing a terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.

The results of an expert study of the mobile phones that the terrorists tried to destroy made it possible to obtain information that is significant for the investigation about the circumstances of the preparation for the crime.

On the instructions of the curator who led the terrorists’ actions, the Crocus City Hall concert hall was chosen as the location for the attack.

On the morning of February 24, 2024, that is, on the anniversary of the start of the special military operation, one of the accomplices, at the direction of the curator, found on Internet resources and sent him screenshots of images of the entrances to the Crocus City Hall building and the access roads to it. The accused confirmed all this in his testimony.

In addition, photographs of people in camouflage uniforms with a Ukrainian flag against the backdrop of destroyed houses and a Ukrainian postage stamp with an obscene gesture were found on the terrorist’s phone.

This data may indicate a connection between the terrorist act committed and the conduct of a special military operation.

The implementation of a set of investigative actions and operational measures to verify the involvement of representatives of the Ukrainian special services and international Islamist terrorist organizations in the organization and financing of the terrorist attack continues.

⚡️Следствием получены данные из мобильных телефонов обвиняемых в совершении теракта в «Крокус Сити Холле»

Результаты экспертного исследования мобильных телефонов, которые террористы пытались уничтожить, позволили получить значимые для следствия данные об обстоятельствах подготовки к преступлению.

По указанию куратора, руководившего действиями террористов, концертный зал «Крокус Сити Холл» был выбран в качестве места совершения нападения.

Утром 24 февраля 2024 года, то есть в годовщину начала специальной военной операции, один из соучастников по указанию куратора нашел на интернет-ресурсах и отправил ему скриншоты изображений входов в здание «Крокус Сити Холла» и подъездных путей к нему. Все это обвиняемый  подтвердил в своих показаниях.

Кроме того, в телефоне террориста обнаружены фотоизображения людей в камуфлированной форме с украинским флагом на фоне разрушенных домов и украинской почтовой марки с нецензурным жестом.

Указанные данные могут свидетельствовать о связи между совершенным террористическим актом и проведением специальной военной операции.

Продолжается выполнение комплекса следственных действий и оперативных мероприятий по проверке причастности к организации и финансированию теракта представителей украинских спецслужб и международных исламистских террористических организаций.

❗️The Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the crimes of the Kiev regime, R.V. Miroshnik , continues to record the most resonant facts of the crimes of the Kiev regime.

👉 In the first three months of 2024, Ukrainian militants fired at least 22 thousand ammunition exclusively at civilian targets in Russian front-line territories.

The vast majority of the ammunition that was used to kill and maim civilians included Western weapons supplied by the Ramstein group and NATO – from long-range British and French Storm Shadow and Scalp missiles to NATO 155 mm caliber shells and homemade drones, assembled from foreign components and ammunition.

▪️ In total, from January 1 to March 31, 2024, 922 civilians in Russian regions suffered from attacks by Ukrainian militants. Of these, 201 people were killed.

▪️ During the same time , 59 children suffered from the actions of Ukrainian punitive forces, 11 of them died. The youngest child who died was only 4 months old.

Over the past three months, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have provoked a significant escalation in the Belgorod direction. Since the beginning of the year, the number of shelling of civilian targets in this region has increased 1.5 times, and the number of civilian casualties has increased almost 7 times.

Kiev militants continue their bloody hunt for rescue teams, both doctors and emergency workers, as well as repair teams arriving to help civilians. Since the beginning of the year, six ambulance teams, 15 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and 5 employees of public utilities have suffered from Ukrainian UAV raids.

❗️Посол по особым поручениям МИД России по преступлениям киевского режима Р.В.Мирошник продолжает фиксировать наиболее резонансные факты преступлений киевского режима.

👉 За первые три месяца 2024 года украинские боевики выпустили исключительно по гражданским объектам на прифронтовых российских территориях как минимум 22 тысячи боеприпасов.

В число боеприпасов, которые были использованы для убийства и увечий мирного населения в подавляющем своём большинстве входило западное вооружение, поставляемое группировкой «Рамштайн» и блоком НАТО – от дальнобойных британских и французских ракет Storm Shadow и Scalp до снарядов натовского калибра 155 мм и самодельных дронов, собранных из иностранных комплектующих и боеприпасов.

▪️ Всего с 1 января по 31 марта 2024 года от ударов украинских боевиков пострадали 922 мирных жителя российских регионов. Из их числа 201 человек был убит.

▪️ За это же время от действий украинских карателей пострадали 59 детей, 11 из них погибли. Самому младшему погибшему ребенку было всего 4 месяца.

За последние три месяца ВСУ спровоцировали существенное обострение на Белгородском направлении. С начала года число обстрелов гражданских объектов в этом регионе возросло в 1,5 раза, а число пострадавших среди гражданского населения – почти в 7 раз.

Киевские боевики продолжают кровавую охоту за бригадами спасателей, как медиков, так и сотрудников МЧС, а также ремонтными бригадами, прибывающими на помощь мирным гражданам. С начала года от налётов украинских БПЛА пострадали шесть бригад «скорой медицинской помощи», 15 сотрудников МЧС, 5 сотрудников коммунальных служб.

🌐 On April 4, S.V. Lavrov took part in a round table on the topic “Ukrainian crisis. Legal and human rights dimensions.”

The event, organized by the Diplomatic Academy with the support of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs , brought together ambassadors and diplomats from 72 states and international structures.

In his speech, the Minister noted the main negative trends in the rapidly deteriorating situation with the promotion and protection of human rights in Ukraine. Among the most odious is the rapid transformation of the Ukrainian state into a regime whose ideological basis is Nazism. For these purposes, official Kyiv is consistently making efforts to carry out aggressive propaganda of neo-Nazism, glorifying Ukrainian Nazi collaborators, rewriting the history of the Great Patriotic War and the Second World War, and by all means cultivating nationalist sentiments among broad sections of Ukrainian society.

The minister pointed to the complete strangulation of everything Russian (language, culture, education, printed materials and media) in Ukraine, which is also, in fact, a manifestation of the Nazi essence of the Kiev regime. <…>

In this context, Sergey Lavrov mentioned the decision of the International Court of Justice of January 31 on the far-fetched and unfounded claim of Kiev and its patrons against our country. The verdict convincingly demonstrates that the UN’s highest judicial body is not ready to blindly accept accusations coming from a country whose foreign policy is based on the ideology of racial discrimination and confidence in its own lack of jurisdiction. Thus, the Court refused to recognize the Donbass republics as “terrorist organizations” and Russia as a “sponsor of terrorism,” which completely negates Kiev’s propaganda justification for the war it unleashed (the so-called anti-terrorist operation ) against its own people. <…>

In conclusion, the Minister answered a number of questions from the round table participants.

☝️ Following the event, a common intention was expressed to continue a frank and meaningful dialogue on this issue.

Мероприятие, организованное Дипломатической академией при поддержке МИД России, собрало послов и дипломатов 72 государств и международных структур.

В своём выступлении Министр отметил основные негативные тенденции стремительно деградирующей ситуации с поощрением и защитой прав человека на Украине. В числе наиболее одиозных – стремительная трансформация украинского государства в режим, идеологическую основу которого составляет нацизм. В этих целях официальный Киев последовательно прилагает усилия по проведению агрессивной пропаганды неонацизма, прославляет украинских пособников нацистов, переписывает историю Великой Отечественной и Второй мировой войн и всеми способами культивирует националистические настроения среди широких слоев украинского общества.

Министр указал на полное удушение всего русского (языка, культуры, образования, печатной продукции и СМИ) на Украине, что также является, по сути, проявлением нацистской сущности киевского режима. <…>

В этом контексте С.В.Лавров упомянул о решении Международного Суда ООН от 31 января по надуманному и необоснованному иску Киева и его покровителей к нашей стране. Вердикт убедительно демонстрирует, что высший судебный орган ООН не готов слепо принимать на веру обвинения, исходящие от страны, в основу внешней политики которой положены идеология расовой дискриминации и уверенность в собственной неподсудности. Так, Суд отказался признать республики Донбаса «террористическими организациями», а Россию – «спонсором терроризма», что полностью перечёркивает пропагандистские обоснования Киева развязанной им войны (так называемой антитеррористической операции) против собственного народа. <…>

В заключение Министр ответил на ряд вопросов участников «круглого стола».
