The ole feet just could not take these rocky beaches in Turkey. That is after I got what is called “beach feet” and started to bleed. But, I got it under control and SweetPea found some good beach shoes for me. Oh my what a blessing they were today…
Sweetpea had some already for her and she was doing fine. I had to quit acting tough and had her find me some help. My SweetPea is wonderful…
Beaches around these parts of the world are just rocks, rocks, rocks and more rocks…
It is a problem to find shoes for me. I wear size 50 Russian shoe size and these are 47 size. But being very soft and temporary, they work great…
By the way size 50 Russian is around size 16 and or 17 USA size for men. Now you see why I struggle for shoes…

I guess I will adjust my thinking a bit about the iPadOS 26 update…
After seriously finding a strong learning curve with the new update. I really like iPadOS 26 software and when I use my keyboard system (Green Lion Magic Keyboard case) that they gave me also, it is literally a laptop now. In fact a very good, solid and useful laptop. I will leave details to fanboys and others about why. I am just going to say that if grandma wants just a basic tablet and or grandma is wild and wants to go all laptoppy like, this device now has it covered…
I actually fell in love with this new Operating System now and can say that I have the best of all worlds. I actually was disappointed about the old system and realized that it was just bland and no better or worse than Android. Yet, now Android needs to get on the ball, so to say. I like iPadOS 26…
Heaven to be, that I would ever be happy with an Apple product. But I really like my iPad 10 Gen…
Only issue, there is a serious learn curve, to utilize it correctly, but grandma can also just have her tablet plain Jane so to say. It has three different settings and or ways to use your tablet…

iPadOS 26 was just installed upon my iPad. This is an interestingly neat concept. To get a full complete update upon a device that is really considered old, yet it is actually new and fully warranted until 2026…

I appreciated the new update that just came out, loved it, no, but appreciated the nicely revamped new system. Useful, not at all. Smoother, not at all. Better, not at all. The same, yes and that was good to and for me…

I would never have ever bought such a device. I am not an Apple Fan Boy in any means or way. But, I can and do appreciate quality and ease of use. Even if it is at a very simple and functional level. I now understand what the draw is for so many with Apple products. The system is very beginning level stuff and does just work. Grandma and Grandpa appreciate this definitely. And as I travel the world? I see many many and many many many humans that cannot handle one iota more than a “iProduct” delivers…

Would I buy another Apple Product?

My interest as I get much older and having many more important things to do, such as TRV and Sammy the Volga annnnd SweetPea. Means that I could care less about messing around with Android Software like I use to…
Also since Android has messed up the fun in rooting a phone, that means Android is just like having a iOS phone and unless you go to extreme means in rooting or jailbreaking a phone or tablet, they are the same damn things now…
My phone is not but a camera and communication only. My tablet is what I do everything else on, period…
So maybe in the future an iPad Air will be next? And again, I probably will just wait and win a free something (as seems to be the norm) and be happy as a pig in a Mud Waller…
