An Update on Russia’s Perm Tragedy! (December 7th, 2009)

A period of three days has been declared for mourning in Perm due to the terrible tragedy that just occurred at a night club. Further more, Today Monday, December 7th, has been declared an official day of mourning throughout the country by President Dmitry Medvedev.
