💬 Россия по горячим следам предложила провести открытое объективное расследование на основе предметного экспертного диалога, с опорой на факты и достоверные сведения, а не на некие засекреченные данные, которые никто не может проверить и подтвердить. Ведь для серьёзного разговора необходимо не просто бездумно зачитывать по бумажке абсурдные обвинения, а разбираться с фактами на руках.

💬 Вот уже десять лет с момента присоединения Сирии к Конвенции мы слышим безосновательные обвинения в адрес этой страны. С этой целью созданы нелегитимные и чужеродные КЗХО механизмы, в частности атрибутивная Группа по расследованию и идентификации. В Конвенции просто нет такого положения, в соответствии с которым Конференция государств-участников (КГУ) могла бы делегировать Техническому секретариату «атрибутивные» функции, являющиеся прерогативой Совета Безопасности ООН.
