Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation (4 June 2023)

The Russian Armed Forces launched a long-range air-based high-precision weaponry strike against the enemy targets at the military airfields.

The goal of the attack has been reached. The command posts, radar stations, Ukrainian aviation equipment, as well as ammunition depots, have been hit.

In Kupyansk direction, the attacks, launched by aviation and the artillery of the Zapad Group of Forces, have resulted in the neutralisation of the enemy manpower and hardware near Novomlynsk, Sinkovka, Olshana and Timkovka (Kharkov region).

In addition, the actions of four Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups have been prevented close to Berestovoye (Kharkov region), Rozovka, Novosyolovskoye (Lugansk People’s Republic) and Liman (Donetsk People’s Republic).

The enemy losses were up to 70 Ukrainian servicemen, three motor vehicles, two pickup trucks and one D-20 howitzer.

In Krasny Liman direction, the attacks, launched by Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, as well as artillery of the Tsentr Group of Forces, have resulted in the neutralisation of AFU units near Yampolovka, Torskoye (Donetsk People’s Republic), Makeevka, Poschanka, Nevskoye and Chervonaya Dibrova (Lugansk People’s Republic), as well as Serebryansky forestry.

One Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group has been neutralised close to Grigorovka (Donetsk People’s Republic).

The enemy losses were up to 65 Ukrainian servicemen, two armoured fighting vehicles, three pickup trucks, D-20 and D-30 howitzers, as well as two Gvozdika self-propelled artillery systems.

One ammunition depot of the AFU 63th Mechanised Brigade has been destroyed near Serebryanka (Donetsk People’s Republic).

In Donetsk direction, the active combat operations continue with the Akhmat special units in Maryinka tactical area and the units of the 1st Army Corps of the Yug Group of Forces close to Avdeevka.

The enemy losses were up to 200 Ukrainian servicemen, two armoured fighting vehicles, two pickup trucks, one Grad MLRS, two U.S.-manufactured M777 artillery systems, as well as D-20 and D-30 howitzers.

In addition, the ammunition depots of the Liman operational-tactical group and the AFU 128th Mountain Assault Brigade have been eliminated close to Slovyansk and Minkovka (Donetsk People’s Republic).

In South Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, the attacks, launched by aviation and artillery of the Vostok Group of Forces have resulted in the neutralisation of the enemy units near Pavlovka, Shevchenko (Donetsk People’s Republic), Chervonoye, Poltavka, Preobrazhenka and Malaya Tokmachka (Zaporozhye region).

The enemy losses were up to 240 Ukrainian servicemen, two armoured fighting vehicles, nine motor vehicles, one Msta-B howitzer, one Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system and one Grad multiple-launch rocket system.

The ammunition depots of the 11th Artillery Brigade and the 65th Mechanised Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been destroyed close to Temirovka and Preobrazhenka (Zaporozhye region).

In Kherson direction, the enemy losses were up to 20 Ukrainian servicemen, two motor vehicles and one Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system.

Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have neutralised 96 artillery units of the AFU at their firing positions, manpower and military hardware at 73 areas.

One Ukrainian UAV assembly facility near Dnepropetrovsk has been hit by high-precision ground-based weapons.

The command and observation posts of the 102nd Territorial Defence Brigade and the 24th Mechanised Brigade battalions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been hit close to Poltavka (Zaporozhye region) and Dzerzhinsk (Donetsk people’s republic).

In addition, the AFU control posts have been hit close to Slovyansk (Donetsk People’s Republic) and Sumy.

Air defence facilities have intercepted two Storm Shadow cruise missiles, two Tochka-U tactical missiles and 14 HIMARS and Uragan multiple-launch rocket system ballistic missiles.

In addition, 21 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been shot down close to Vrubovka, Lozovsky, Kremennaya (Lugansk People’s Republic), Orlinskoye, Maly Kremenchik, Volodino (Donetsk People’s Republic), Zhovtnyovoye (Kharkov region), Novaya Kakhovka, Lyubimovka, Andreevka (Kherson region), Rabotino (Zaporozhye region), and also over the Black Sea waters.

The United States maintains and develops the ability to create biological weapons components and, if necessary, to produce and use them outside the national territory.

The United States violates a number of provisions of the 1972 UN Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction.

“On Thursday, Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) said it had uncovered, jointly with the Federal Protective Service (FSO), a US intelligence operation that used a virus program on Apple mobile devices. The company itself responded by claiming it was not cooperating with US intelligence.

“When any, even the largest high-tech company, says it refuses to cooperate with the national intelligence community for ideological reasons, it can mean one of the two things: a) it is shamelessly lying, or b) it is about to go out of business. There are no miracles,” Medvedev said in response to journalists’ questions about whether he believed Apple’s statements. “This should be kept in mind by the owners of any smartphones, whether Apple products with iOS closed to all users, or Samsung with Android open to third-party applications.

According to the FSB, several thousand Apple phones belonging to both Russian subscribers and foreign users “using SIM cards registered to diplomatic missions and embassies in Russia, including NATO and post-Soviet countries, as well as Israel, China and Syria,” were infected. The company gives vast opportunities for controlling any persons of interest to the White House, the FSB concluded.

On Thursday, it was reported that Kaspersky Lab had detected a targeted cyberattack being conducted using Apple mobile devices. Several dozen iPhones of the company’s employees were infected with spyware. It was stated that no effective way of removing such software had been devised yet.

Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov, while commenting on the situation to the media, stressed that all employees of the Presidential Staff were prohibited from using iPhones for official purposes.”

At a meeting of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) security chiefs, Lukashenko cautioned that a “violent regime change is being prepared” against Minsk.

“In Poland, Lithuania and, unfortunately, Ukraine, illegal members of armed groups are being trained,” he warned, adding that trained operatives are in the process of creating “extremist sleeper cells” which could soon be activated in Belarus.

In contrast to their unsuccessful and largely bloodless color revolution attempted in 2020, Western regimes are now training and funding the opposition to engage in armed violence, the president alleged.

“This fact means that they won’t leave us alone,” he noted.

The remarks came a week after an influential figure in the Polish military sphere publicly called for the dissident Belarusians currently fighting on behalf of the Zelensky regime to be unleashed on Minsk in the event of a successful counteroffensive in Ukraine.

🔹 Most of the children arrived in Russia as part of their families. To ensure their interests, President Putin was instructed to immediately remove all barriers to their placement in family forms of education.

🔹 Adoption of children from the LPR and DPR by Russian citizens has never been a priority form of their placement in Russia and in practice, according to the Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President of Russia M.A. say Western media.

🔹 Placement of children into foster care has been identified as the preferred form of arrangement for the potential reunification of children with their blood relatives, if any. And if parents or legal representatives wish to take the children away, such issues are dealt with immediately.
