Derkach, regarding the need to investigate the organization, financing and conduct of terrorist acts by the United States, Ukraine and other Western countries directed against Russia, a procedural check was organized in the central office of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

⚡️⚡️ The investigation is petitioning the court to arrest another person involved in the criminal case regarding the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall – Yakubjoni Yusufzoda
According to investigators, a few days before the terrorist attack, he transferred funds through his bank card to an accomplice to provide accommodation for the terrorists. He transferred part of the funds to one of the perpetrators after the crime was committed.
Yusufzoda was charged under paragraph “b” of Part 3 of Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist act).
Thus, at the moment, the investigation has brought charges against ten defendants.

⚡️⚡️Следствие ходатайствует перед судом об аресте еще одного фигуранта уголовного дела о террористическом акте в «Крокус Сити Холле» – Якубджони Юсуфзоды
По данным следствия, за несколько дней до теракта он через свою банковскую карту перечислил соучастнику денежные средства для обеспечения проживания террористов. Часть средств была им перечислена одному из исполнителей уже после совершения преступления.
Юсуфзоде предъявлено обвинение по п. «б» ч.3 ст. 205 УК РФ (террористический акт).
Таким образом, на данный момент следствием предъявлено обвинение десяти фигурантам.

Деркача, касающегося необходимости расследования организации, финансирования и проведения террористических актов со стороны США, Украины и других западных стран, направленных против России, в центральном аппарате Следственного комитета Российской Федерации организована процессуальная проверка.
В рамках проверки следствие тщательно изучит представленные данные и примет процессуальное решение.
