Main points:
• Conducted detailed negotiations on the entire range of issues of practical interaction. As a result, a new interstate Treaty on a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership was signed . It sets large-scale goals and guidelines for deepening Russian-Korean ties for the long term. This is a truly breakthrough document.
• Our countries are sincerely interested in the further most active development of cooperation , which is carried out both through the leadership of economic departments, parliaments, law enforcement, security, foreign policy structures, and between public organizations and citizens.
• The Treaty signed today also provides for the provision of mutual assistance in the event of aggression against one of the parties to this document.
• Our countries consistently defend the ideas of creating a more just and democratic multipolar world order .
• Both Russia and Korea pursue an independent and independent foreign policy and do not accept the language of blackmail and dictatorship . We oppose the practice of applying politically motivated sanctions and restrictions.
• Despite external pressure, our countries are successfully developing on a sovereign and independent basis , and have provided and will provide each other with full support as true friends and good neighbors.

💬 Придаём первостепенное значение укреплению традиционно дружественных и добрососедских российско-корейских отношений, в основе которых и славные традиции общей истории. Напомню, что Советский Союз сыграл существенную роль в освобождении Кореи от японского колониального господства. В нынешнем году исполнилось 75 лет с заключения первого международного договора Корейской Народно-Демократической Республики. Это был договор именно с нашей страной.
Основные тезисы:
• Провели обстоятельные переговоры по всему комплексу вопросов практического взаимодействия. По итогам подписан новый межгосударственный Договор о всеобъемлющем стратегическом партнёрстве. В нём поставлены масштабные задачи и ориентиры углубления российско-корейских связей на долгосрочную перспективу. Это по-настоящему прорывной документ.
• Наши страны искренне заинтересованы в дальнейшем самом активном развитии сотрудничества, которое ведётся как по линии руководства экономических ведомств, парламентов, правоохранительных, силовых, внешнеполитических структур, так и между общественными организациями и гражданами.
• Подписанный сегодня Договор предусматривает в том числе оказание взаимной помощи в случае агрессии против одного из участников этого документа.
• Наши страны последовательно отстаивают идеи формирования более справедливого и демократического многополярного мироустройства.
• И Россия, и Корея проводят независимую и самостоятельную внешнюю политику и не приемлют язык шантажа и диктата. Мы выступаем против практики применения политически мотивированных санкций и ограничений.
• Несмотря на внешнее давление, наши страны успешно развиваются на суверенной и независимой основе, оказывали и будут оказывать друг другу всемерную поддержку как настоящие друзья и добрые соседи.
• Раз за разом воспроизводимые западниками пропагандистские штампы уже не в состоянии замаскировать агрессивные геополитические замыслы, в том числе и в регионе Северо-Восточной Азии. Наши оценки относительно коренных причин эскалации военно-политической напряжённости совпадают. Это конфронтационная политика США по расширению в субрегионе своей военной инфраструктуры, которая сопровождается существенным увеличением масштабов и интенсивностью различных военных учений с участием Республики Корея, Японии, имеющих враждебный по отношению к КНДР характер.
• Россия готова и впредь прилагать политико-дипломатические усилия в интересах устранения угрозы рецидива вооружённого конфликта на Корейском полуострове, формирования здесь архитектуры долгосрочного мира и стабильности на основе принципа неделимости безопасности.
• Убеждён, что сегодняшние переговоры будут способствовать дальнейшему развитию дружбы и партнёрства России и Корейской Народно-Демократической Республики, укреплению безопасности во всём регионе.
