Windows to Russia

It is quite amusing that for many years, numerous individuals, myself included, have asserted that if the United States were to launch an attack on Iran, Iran would respond by targeting all American military bases in the Gulf. Yet, when this situation actually occurred due to actions taken by the US, the United States appeared utterly astonished and completely caught off guard. In a similar vein, the Iranians had expressed their intention to close the Strait of Hormuz and to maintain that closure for a duration of at least three to four months. Once again, the US seemed to react with a childlike astonishment. This prompts the question of whether we Americans are truly that naive, ignorant, and unaware, or if we simply harbor a deep-seated animosity towards others. – kKEETON…
