Sveta made it back to the Russian Village…

Sveta is sleeping as I write this and she most likely will sleep for a few more hours. Boza and I have walked for an hour already, while we walked we picked a bunch of wildflowers this morning and gathered a small bouquet for the sleeping girl in the house. It is her birthday today, but her age will not be told…

Nothing exciting happened this morning like it did yesterday, but we did scare up some foxes (5) as they were still trying to sleep. They had bedded down in the tall grass near the forest and they do not like being interrupted as they get their beauty sleep. Boza thought it was cool (growling and barking) and I waved my walking stick and yelled and acted like I was the lord of the grass lands and chasing the devils away…

It worked and they left with a screaming yelp noise… These are red foxes and not the famous silver fox that has been specially bred in Russia. The issue that I am seeing is that there are now a bunch of red foxes and they are growing in numbers exponentially. Looks like the population will get out of hand soon, if not already… 🙁

So today Boza and I are no longer bachelors and we have to adjust to having the boss around… 🙂

Have a nice day, for we sure will…
