▪️The Russian economy has stabilized, inflation is slowing down, prices are returning to their levels. The authorities of the Russian Federation will take measures to support citizens.

▪️I instruct the Cabinet and the Central Bank to closely monitor the effectiveness of measures to support the economy in order to make additional decisions if necessary.

▪️The increase in the key rate of the Central Bank was justified, this decision worked. I propose to reduce the rate on preferential mortgages from 12% to 9% per annum.
