⚠️ Russian Ministry of Defence has held a briefing on the results of analysing documents related to the military-biological activity of the USA in Ukraine. It has been stated that at least since 2011 and Al-Haroun there were experiments on mental patients, one of the observers from the USA repeatedly visited the laboratory near Kharkov. According to the available information, highly active neuropeptides were tested on socially vulnerable citizens of Ukraine that caused irreversible damage to the central nervous system. The military-biological project P-268 held by the USA in Ukraine was aimed to study viruses capable of contaminating mosquitoes that transmitted fevers. Tularemia, the disease multiplied in the DPR, is considered a priority bio-agent by NATO and has been used in exercises. Since 2015, the U.S. funding of Ukrainian projects has been linked to a 9.5-fold spike in infectious diseases in the DPR and LPR, including tularemia. The Pentagon’s ‘clarification’ in its official statement on U.S. biological activities in the post-Soviet countries does not answer the real questions, in fact, the U.S. is increasing its military and biological capabilities, while Ukraine plays the role of a training ground.

⚠️ We continue to record the criminal acts committed by the Kiev regime against the civilian population of Ukraine and the people’s republics of Donbas, as well as the use of civilian infrastructure by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and militants of Ukrainian nationalist groups for military purposes.
⚠️ According to reliable information, under the pretext of the alleged security providing for civilians, the Ukrainian authorities have blocked all exits from their controlled settlements towards the liberated territories of the people’s republics of Donbas, Zaporozhye, Nikolayev, Kharkov and Kherson regions, thus endangering civilians and forcing them to evacuate to western parts of Ukraine on their own.
📹 Footage of jamming helicopter crews and Msta-S self-propelled howitzer crews of the Western Military Disctrict related aimed to eliminate AFU camouflaged fortifications has been published. A surrendered AFU fighter has told how the command throws them to the slaughter.
🚛 Over the past 24 hours, the population of Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics has been provided with 570.8 tonnes of basic necessities and food in Kharkov and Zaporozhye regions. More than 20 thousand people have been evacuated from the dangerous areas of Ukraine, Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics to Russia.
