By the end of the year, in Russia they plan to launch a “secure Internet”, which will be available only to citizens of the country using a personal identifier.

Only “safe, proven services” will be available in this network, the owners of which comply with all the requirements of the current legislation, – Andrey Svintsov, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy.
