Back in December 2022, Vladimir Putin signed a law prohibiting the forced collection of biometric personal data in the provision of commercial and government services.
Let us remind you that biometric data includes:

🔵 fingerprints
🔵 voice recording
🔵 iris scan
🔵 drawing of blood vessels on the palm
Such information can only be obtained with the consent of its owners.
