President V.V. Putin noted that we are open to dialogue on strategic stability, but taking into account all aspects affecting it without exception. The aggressive, hostile policy of the United States towards the Russian Federation has now been added to the previously existing aspects. Not only policies, but also practices: Ukrainians would not be able to fight without American weapons and instructors, gunners, US data from satellites and other sources. The fact that the Americans are fighting against us , in fact, not only hybridly, but in general in a number of cases directly, is also a fact.
