Sometimes we are forced to do things…and the USA forces lots of people in the world to do things that they should never have to do. Such as going to Armenia and opening a bank account just to be able to get retirement checks. Otherwise you will end up having to use the UN and other nasty ways to get your money, as it is scrutinized by the Western system…
Now, while I am able to use a Russian Bank to get my money…that usage does not allow me to use my money anywhere but within the Russian financial system. That is what illegal sanctions do against USA’s own people. Curtail our freedoms and no one cares in America. This is not a Russian issue it is a Western issue…

That trip made me realize something. I need a bank account in Armenia and thus, off I went again and just spent three weeks in Armenia doing just that, a bank account…
Now I checked out literally all banks in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, and I had whittled it down to two banks after a week or so. ACBA Bank or EVOCA Bank…
My criteria fell upon the issue of having a full fledged Union Pay Card from China and a Visa Cards secondary. These two banks above met all criteria and met all service desires of mine. I will not talk about all the other banks in Yerevan and I will not even talk about ACBA Bank (except you could do exactly as I did at EVOCA). I like EVOCA Bank and that is that…
and No EVOCA does not and did not pay me anything for writing this. If you think different? Then you understand why I say so many plebs are stupid. This is just for your ability to get a bank account in another country and keep you money as far away from the USA as possible...

What do you need?
As an American and only as an American, for I cannot tell you about anyone else in the world. I had to have available and usable and provable…
1. Social Security Card
2. Drivers License (USA address proof)
3. Long Term Rental Lease for at least one year within Armenia
4. Translation of Passport into Armenian language
5. Official Notary of certain papers
6. Social Card and number for Armenia
Number 6 above was not needed actually at EVOCA, but helped to facilitate the process. It is cheap and easy to get. So get it if you desire. I also will not give exact links and you will do as I did, “ad lib” and go with the flow. Go to Armenia and expect changes daily for doing things. It is and it is what it is. Just that, “IT IS”!
Biggest thing to have is $600 per card to receive them. They expect this in all banks a five year paid ahead fees for any full usage bank cards, if you are a foreigner. Also expect up to 10 working days to get the cards. That is two weeks of waiting…

Went to Armenia…
Took lots of work and lots of patience. I had to spend weeks running from one place to another, getting papers gathered from those places, applying for paperwork to be done in even more places. Once paperwork gathered?
I have an Armenian Bank Account to have an easier way to get retirement from my sanctioning crazy country, called USA. Everything my country does makes my life miserable as I try to just live in peace. Now that is a very bad country and you should never wonder why I have tidbits of animosity against the USA…
I have a whole bunch more freedoms in a country like Armenia than I have do in the USA anymore. Things have changed a whole bunch in the real world and all the while, things have changed for the worse in the West…
Armenia is a good country. Poor and struggling at times. But, the people are fantastic and I really enjoy talking with them and living amongst them…
