Lavrov to the Kommersant newspaper (Moscow, April 14, 2025)…

🎙 Excerpt from an interview with Russian Foreign Minister S.V. Lavrov to the Kommersant newspaper (Moscow, April 14, 2025)

https://t.me/MariaVladimirovnaZakharova/10202

❓ Question: You say that the new American administration has a desire to discuss not only bilateral issues, but also a peaceful settlement in Ukraine.

At a recent UN meeting on Ukraine, called in connection with the strike on Kryvyi Rih, a US representative warned that further Russian strikes on Ukrainian territory could lead to the breakdown of peace talks.

This was followed a few days later by an attack on Sumy, where, according to the Ukrainian side, civilians and children were again killed. Does this mean that Russia is not taking US warnings seriously?

💬 S.V.Lavrov : The Americans have many official representatives. Including, some representative recently said something in Greenland. She was asked to return to her homeland and look for another job .

I don’t want to say that this woman (I don’t remember this statement that you mentioned) deserves the same fate, but we know very well that the position of the West, Europe, and the US during the Biden era was dominated by outright lies .

Over the past couple of years, I have drawn the attention of the UN Secretary-General A. Guterres several times to the fact that, as the chief administrative (as stated in the Charter) person of the Organization, he should comply with the requirements of Article 100 of the Charter, not take sides, but pursue a balanced position , and not receive instructions from any government.

I’ve known him for a long time, we’re on first-name terms, we’ve been working in different overlapping positions for decades. I told him that he may not be getting paid in this position, but he’s following Western countries’ orders in connection with the situation in Ukraine.

Now, again after the cries that “dozens of children and civilians died” in Sumy, he made a statement that he firmly advocates for an end to such violations of international humanitarian law, for a settlement of the Ukrainian crisis on the basis of the UN Charter and respect for the territorial integrity of Ukraine on the basis of the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly.

❗️ International humanitarian law strictly prohibits the placement of military facilities and weapons on the territory of civilian objects .

From the first days of the crisis, and even earlier, even during the Minsk agreements, during the “rosy” but collapsed hopes that they would allow the problem to be resolved peacefully, leaving Ukraine in its territorial integrity minus Crimea (they did not want to do this), there were “a million” facts of artillery deployment, air defense systems in city blocks near kindergartens. How many videos have been posted on the Internet, when Ukrainian women shout for the military to get away from stores, playgrounds. But this practice continues.

We have facts about who was at the facility that was hit in Sumy. There was another “meeting” of Ukrainian military leaders with their Western colleagues , who were either masquerading as mercenaries or I don’t know who.

☝️ NATO troops are there and they directly control it. Everyone knows that. The New York Times recently explained how the Americans played a decisive role in the attacks on Russia from the very beginning. Without this role, most long-range missiles would not have left their bases at all.

I call this insider trading… (Anyone gonna care?)

Trump brags in Oval Office that his billionaire pals made a killing in stocks after he pulled the plug on tariffs

President Donald Trump gleefully recounted how much money his billionaire pals made on the stock market after he suddenly suspended most of his worldwide tariffs.

Yup, insider trading is what that is exactly. Unless we are actually saying that the billionaires are not public money and then that means it is much worse than insider trading…

Insider trading is the trading of a public company’s stock or other securities based on material, nonpublic information about the company.

I care…

Oops, financial bust against China – next – Off to war with China, we Americans try to go!

In the wake of the significant setbacks associated with the “Tariffs,” (Oops that Art of the Deal) which have contributed to the devaluation of both the trade and technology conflicts with China, the United States is preparing for a potential military confrontation. The country is already ramping up its military budget to an unprecedented $1 trillion. Looks like they robbed the Monopoly Game to get the money?

Off to war we go!

Question for Plebs: ~~ Now where is China located at? ~~

Ever noticed in USA politics?

Democrats: We hate Russia!
Republicans: We hate China!
American People: Who do we hate today?
and all agree to spend more and more on war…

~~ So much easier and infinitely less dangerous as a kid when all we had to do was hate Indians, Germans and Japanese! ~~
