The humanitarian situation in regions under the control of the Kiev authorities is rapidly deteriorating and approaching a critical level. According to the UN Children’s Fund, there are 8.7 million hungry people in Ukraine, with 22.8 per cent of children under the age of five suffering from malnutrition. At the same time, the Kiev regime, despite acute food shortages and the threat of a food crisis, neglecting the welfare of its own people, is “ready for anything” to please countries of the collective West, which, hypocritically claiming humanitarian support, seek to export grain from Ukraine as quickly as possible through the so-called “solidarity corridors” engaged by the European Union, with absolutely no concern about what will happen in the country after the emptying of Ukrainian grain storage facilities.
All this is happening against the background of the unceasing hysteria of the “civilised West” and their false accusations against the Russian Federation of artificially creating a food crisis in the world.
According to information received from captured Ukrainian servicemen, SSU officers, at the instigation of Western handlers, prepared another provocations at grain storage facilities, following a previously practiced scenario in Rubizhnoe in Lugansk People’s Republic and Orekhovoe in the Zaporozhye region, in order to accuse Russian servicemen of allegedly indiscriminate strikes against civilian infrastructure:
Nationalist militants Prosyanaya, Dnepropetrovsk region, have booby-trapped the Prosyanaya grain elevator, which they plan to blow up in the near future;
in Vrubovka in Lugansk People’s Republic, the Ukrainian Armed Forces deployed MLRS systems on the territory of a grain-processing plant. At the same time, the nationalists have been systematically shelling Russian Armed Forces positions, provoking them to return fire.
Such actions by Ukrainian nationalists imitate the tactics of the “scorched-earth” by the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War and contravene all generally accepted moral norms and principles of international humanitarian law.
Despite all the difficulties and obstacles imposed by the Ukrainian side, over the past day, without the participation of Kiev, 17,586 people were evacuated from dangerous areas, 2,246 of them children, and in total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 1,444,565 people have already been evacuated, of which 240,575 are children. The state border of the Russian Federation was crossed by 199,422 personal vehicles including 3,722 over the past 24 hours.
More than 9,500 temporary accommodation centres continue to operate in the regions of the Russian Federation. The refugees are dealt with on an individual basis and are promptly assisted with various pressing issues relating to onward accommodation, employment assistance, places for children in kindergartens and educational institutions, and the provision of entitlements to social benefits.
Over the past 24 hours, the hotline of the Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response, federal executive authorities, constituent entities of the Russian Federation and various NGOs received 109 requests from foreign and Ukrainian citizens to evacuate to Russia, the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, as well as to the Russian Armed Forces-controlled areas of Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Kharkov and Kherson regions. In total there are 2,756,123 such appeals from 2,136 locations in Ukraine in the database.
In addition, 70 foreign vessels from 16 countries remain blocked in 6 Ukrainian ports (Kherson, Nikolaev, Chernomorsk, Ochakov, Odessa and Yuzhniy). The threat of shelling and high mine danger posed by official Kiev prevents vessels from entering the high seas unhindered.
In confirmation of this, the Russian Federation is opening daily from 08:00 to 19:00 (Moscow time) a humanitarian corridor, which is a safe lane south-west of Ukraine’s territorial sea, 80 nautical miles long and 3 nautical miles wide.
Detailed information in English and Russian on the modus operandi of the maritime humanitarian corridor is broadcast daily every 15 minutes on VHF radio on 14 and 16 international channels in English and Russian.
At the same time, the Kiev authorities continue to avoid engaging with representatives of states and ship-owning companies to resolve the issue of ensuring the safe passage of foreign vessels to the assembly area.
The danger to navigation from Ukrainian mines drifting off their anchors along the coasts of Black Sea states remains.
As a result of the measures taken by the Russian Navy, the mine threat in the waters of the port of Mariupol has been eliminated and measures are being taken to restore the port infrastructure.
A humanitarian corridor 115 miles long and 2 miles wide in the direction of the Black Sea is organised for the safe passage of foreign vessels from Mariupol port from 08.00 am on May 25, 2022.
The Russian Federation is taking a full range of comprehensive measures to ensure the safety of civilian navigation in the waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.
Demining detachments of the Russian Armed Forces and the EMERCOM of Russia are carrying out land and facility clearance tasks in the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics.
A total of 1,721.28 hectares were checked (including 98.07 hectares during the day), 35 buildings (including 13 socially important facilities), 1 bridge and 9.64 km of roads. 9,564 explosives were detected and defused, 200 of them during the day.
Federal executive authorities, together with the subjects of the Russian Federation, various public organizations, patriotic movements, continue to accumulate humanitarian aid. More than 26,5 tonnes of basic necessities and food kits, including baby food and life-saving medicines, have been prepared at collection points.

among political parties and non-profit organisations: United Russia, the People’s Front All-Russian Public Movement, the All-Russian public organisation of veterans Boyevoe Bratstvo, the Russian Humanitarian Mission, the open joint-stock company Russian Railways and the All-Russian public and state organisation Russian Women’s Union.
Since March 2, 22,430.8 tons of humanitarian cargo have already been delivered to Ukraine, 1,048 humanitarian actions have been carried out, including 3 actions in Kharkov and Kherson regions, as well as in Donetsk People’s Republic, during which 510.4 tons of basic necessities, medicines and food were transferred to the civilian population of the liberated areas.
On May 24, 2022, 4 humanitarian actions have been planned and are currently being carried out in Kharkov and Kherson regions, in Donetsk People’s Republic, during which 340 tons of basic necessities, medicine and food will be distributed.

Tidbit of thoughts before The Quandary…
Why did God not make Eve at the same time as he made Adam? It seems that God thought Adam would find what he needed in all the creatures he made? Looks like God was not sure of the creation called Adam and what he needed? First time to make man, but creatures that Adam named all seem to not have problems with finding mates? And what was that snake in the grass who sweet talked Eve into being a bad girl? Why did God make him? Or did God make him?

There lies the quandary…
Eve now wants to be Adam and is no longer happy to be superior?
Except, Adam cannot have children. No matter how much we want to try to play games with our minds, Adam is missing all the parts to carry a child and Eve is missing the parts to fertilize an egg. That has become the issue of our basic collapse….we want to be something we are not and no matter how mentally deranged you get….you are either a man or a woman and that is simple biology. You want to screw up the world as we know it? Try to change the basics and see what happens…
Yes, we see that right now!
It was obvious that God figured out what Adam needed in a mate. He made woman and woman is pleasing to mans eyes. Man as a male likes eye-candy, it is what is sorta like bees to flowers…
So we are lucky, Adam did not find that mate within all the creatures God made at the beginning. Good thing!
But, we men have to realize that simplification is a trait of ours and we have to embrace that simplification. We can grumble all we want, but women are on a whole different level than we are. God may have used Adams DNA, but he did not make a duplicate of Adam as in a clone. God created a partner to ensure humans would multiply and flourish, not a slave to Adam…
Thus, why does woman desire to lower herself to mans simplified manner?
That is what interests me…
Maybe, it is as simple as when Eve was the one who tasted the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge? Then she turned to Adam, whom it seems was just doing simple things around the Garden and told him to eat the fruit. Now it seems that Adam was happy ignoring the Trees that God said not to eat of and yet, when Eve said here, he as guys do, did what he was told…
This simplified way of life is what has to be. Men find a mate and do what they are told by that mate. He protects, he finds her desirable and while his life inevitably becomes a mess with kids and whatnot’s. He is happy and tends his animals, fields and other whatnot’s. When mamma says Jr. is bad he spanks Jr. But then papa goes back to beating out the plowshare and all is good…
It is this beating of the plowshare that tells you the story and difference between man and woman…
Papa is the top of the food chain as far as strength and brute endurance. Mamma is the true top of the food chain as she has the most important part of that food chain. She runs when danger comes and papa stands the ground and allows mamma to run to safety. Papa dies and mamma lives. Thus, onward the humans flourish…
Do you see the real relationship that is intended?

We have changed the rules and have offset the balance that God intended. Too many women want to be men and too many men have become women and the issue is clear….neither one can be the other!
Eve has to be Eve and Adam has to Adam, or we perish…
This desire of interchange has become reality in the western world…
Take all this how you want. I have no answers, except to get back to basics. We have to embrace how God made us and get back on track to finding out why we are on this planet and what we need to do?
All the circuses and propaganda are just another eye-candy and it is eye-candy that distracts from reality. Reality is that we are animals, created when all animals were created. Yet, Adam while special and unique was not the perfection necessary. Then God made Eve from Adam and tweaked the results. Thus, the offspring, were a combination of the two and you are either, barring special cases, a boy or girl and thus, more boys and girls are made and so forth and so forth…
The only eye-candy that man should worry about is woman. And vice-versa Woman should only worry about family. Yet there is that issue, woman is different than a man. God did that on purpose. Yet, there it is, we are different. We don’t think the same, we don’t look at life the same….yet, we are the same. It is like man is from one planet and woman is from another and together we create a whole different species. Think about that a minute…
Simple and efficient: Woman is boss, has babies, runs the family and takes care of her home. All to carry on the family and have a future….Man it seems, is only there to help and stand in the way of danger, while the family survives…
Thus, a very simple relationship is what it is all about. Adam has to be simple, for when you think too much as a man? You realize that you are on the low side of the totem pole. That is, man is the foundation, the strength and the stability. He also loves that creature that God made for him and wants to do what is best for her. Because, deep down, he knows she is the reason for their future. She is the gift from God. She is the way to heaven. She is the all encompassing of mans life…
Yes, Adam has to be simple in mind and body. He had to be more inclined to only have basics as a goal. The basics are food, shelter, sex, defending family. While, woman (Eve) was given a much more versatile responsibility and Eve did not have the simple look at life due to the changes that God made as he altered Adams DNA and tweaked it. That is a serious paradox between man and woman. Man has to have a simple way to see things?
Even the tree of knowledge did not change his viewpoint about the necessities, eye-candy rules. For he would have run away from Eve and we would not be on this planet right now…
It really is the simplest things in life that really count…

Former US Ambassador to Russia, Michael Anthony McFaul on Friday, May 20 said that Washington has been “lying to Ukraine” about its NATO bid since 2021. At the semi-annual Munk Debates, Harvard international affairs professor Stephen Walt was highlighting that throughout 2021, the US was cheerleading for Ukraine to join NATO despite Russia’s concerns about the defensive Alliance’s eastward expansion. Walt underscored Moscow’s Russia’s longstanding opposition to NATO expansion which he stressed poses a threat to Russia’s regional security.
“In 2021 we kept reiterating that Ukraine was going to join [NATO]. We kept saying that, over and over again,” Walt noted. To this, US ambassador McFaul replied, “Did you believe that?” He then asserted “our [US] diplomats were lying when offering Ukraine NATO membership to Ukraine,” adding “Yes! Yes! That’s the real word!”
The ambassador that served in office from 2012 to 2014 claimed that diplomats in Washington have been “lying all the time” about NATO membership of Ukraine, dismissing the threat to Russian security, and sarcastically adding “yet the Russians should trust them.” Walt then questioned the US ambassador’s controversial remark, asking whether it was “a common practice” for diplomats like McFaul in Washington to lie or make casual statements. “So our diplomats are lying?” Walt asked McFaul. “That’s the real world,” the latter reiterated.

Nationalist battalion fighters and AFU units, using civilians as human shields, continue to use civilian infrastructure to equip strongholds and deploy heavy weaponry:
in Odessa, firing positions have been equipped in the buildings of schools No. 14 and No. 71, and armoured vehicles, artillery and MLRS have been placed in the surrounding area;
in Kostantinovka, Donetsk People’s Republic, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have equipped strongholds, deployed artillery and MLRS weapons in School No. 1 and the administrative building and dormitory of Vocational School No. 39 and are holding residents of nearby houses in the premises of educational institutions under the pretext of ensuring security;
in Gorskoe, Lugansk People’s Republic Ukrainian nationalists have equipped firing positions and ammunition depots on the lower and upper floors of apartment buildings on Gagarin Street. Local residents are forbidden to leave their flats, and all attempts by citizens to evacuate to safe areas are severely curtailed.
In addition, in Lisichansk, Lugansk People’s Republic, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have placed artillery and MLRS in the building and hangars of the rare gases plant, mined tanks with hazardous chemicals, and forcibly detained employees and local residents in the underground facilities. In Putivl, Sumy Region, Ukrainian neo-Nazis have mined bridges across the Seim and Lyubka rivers, which they plan to blow up and accuse the Russian Armed Forces of allegedly indiscriminate strikes on vital civilian infrastructure in a well-known scenario.
These facts once again demonstrate the Ukrainian authorities’ complete disregard for the norms of morality and the provisions of international humanitarian law. All this is happening with the tacit consent of the “Russophobe-influenced” countries of the so-called collective West, which continue to turn a blind eye to the numerous war crimes of the Kiev regime.
We emphasize once again that in carrying out the tasks of the special military operation, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation treat the local population extremely humanely and do not strike at civilian infrastructure facilities, unlike the Ukrainian armed formations.
