Tiny Russian Village Home (Photos)

Finally, everything is painted but the barn. All sheds are painted, the house is painted, the fence is painted and I have lots of sore muscles and paint all over me… 😉

Okay not all is painted; I still have to figure out how to get upon a roof that will not hold my weight and not crack. Then after painting the top sides of the home, I will be done. Having issues getting my head around how to accomplish this feat…

The yard is re-fenced back to original. With the front section separate from the back section and I also got all fence posts installed and all posts painted on our field. Now, after finances recover due to the Volga needing repairs, I will get chain link when I am able to…

This is how I feel this morning…

Sammy the Volga is still at the shop and we have had to replace a few more items. But, she is getting better. Had to install a tie rod in the front end and we will have the engine re-ringed and upper valve assembly refurbished (new valve seals and grind the valves). The engine was used when we had it installed and we want many years of use out of her. We just took all the money to pay Paul and gave it to Peter… 🙁

Thus the chain link fencing named Paul has to wait…

We also had a bad drive shaft joint and ended up needed a new clutch fork also. It just never ends, it seems…

I will paint the shed door today and will make it orange, like the front door of the home and I have just enough white-wash to finish a small section of fencing in the back of the home area…

I also put in 8 fence posts in Mom’s village home fence and mowed her yard completely. I will winterize her place in the next few days. Sad that no one came to use that home this year, but King Corona has really upset the apple cart this year…

So I woke at 1:30 a.m. after going to bed by 8 last night and wondering exactly what I will do? As I feel rather sore and tired this morning, I think I will just read a book today!

Gotta run and enjoy the peace and quiet and the wonderful solitude of the Tiny Russian Village…

Issues of the engine model ZMZ 406:

A. Timing chain tension. It is a big issue. Due to weak tension and guide. Lucky for this engine, chain goes, yet no destroyed valves and piston tops.
B. Overheating of ZMZ-406. A common problem, very often the issue that leads to all other issues. The thermostat sticking and a plugged marginal sized radiator are usually to blame.
C. High oil consumption. Usually the issue is in oil scraper rings and valve seals.
D. Failing ignition coils. On ZMZ-406 this is not uncommon, change and the motor will once again run good.
E. Knocks in the engine. The 406 has weak hydraulic lifters. If you hear a knock? First check the lifters, they go about max 50,000 km.
F. ZMZ 406 stalls. The thing, most often, is in the plug wires, crankshaft sensor or IAC sensor.

If maintained? The engine is capable of 300,000 kilometers…

Permanent Record a book by Snowden of controversy

Permanent Record a book by Snowden of controversy:

I have thought about this issue for days now. It reconfirms my suspicions about Snowden and the truth…First thing…

Taken from the inside of the book: First published 2019 by Metropolitan Books, Henry Holt and Company, LLC First published in the UK 2019 by Macmillan This electronic edition first published in the UK 2019 by Macmillan an imprint of Pan Macmillan 20 New Wharf Road, London N1 9RR

Now we are told:

Snowden Reportedly Agrees to Pay United States $5 Million From Book, Speeches – Sputnik International: MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) contractor Edward Snowden, who leaked intelligence secrets in 2013, has agreed to pay the US government more than $5 million earned from his book “Permanent Record” and speeches, CNN reported citing court records. In September 2019, the US Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the whistleblower over claims that he violated non-disclosure obligations by not submitting his original autobiography to the government for review before publishing. A federal judge ruled in December that the US government was entitled to all the profits from the original version of the autobiography due to this violation. According to the plan to which Snowden and the administration of US President Donald Trump agreed, the money is to be put in a trust. An attorney for Snowden said the agreement filed in court Tuesday did not mean the US government would be able to take the money immediately, as Snowden was considering an appeal against the judge’s previous ruling that he was liable for the disclosures, CNN said.Snowden has been living in Russia since 2013. He fled the United States after leaking classified documents showing that the National Security Agency was collecting the telephone records of millions of US citizens. He is wanted in the United States on espionage charges.

That gave me pause in my thoughts. I kept asking, “Why?” Why did he publish a book in the UK system? Why does a man being hunted and threatened publish a book through the UK system? The UK basically is the same as publishing through the USA system…

With so many places around the world to publish the book? So many places to publish the book free of the bully called by me, “The Western Empire!” Why? Did he publish a book that he allowed an easy access to his earnings. He is in Russia and did not have a good relationship with the USA and or the UK at the time he published the book and as it sits right now, he still does not have any relationship but to be jailed for life, if lucky…

So I ask, “Why did he not publish the book with a Russian, Chinese even a Mongolian Publisher?” There are plenty of them!

That leads to my second thought:

Either he is a bonafide patsy, or he is a sham..

Pardon Snowden?

Hell, even if he just looked at the web and surfed about the repression that the USA does against websites? He would have found WtR has been molested (financially, hosting, DDoS attacks, lawyer letters of cease and desist on certain subjects and twenty other whatnot’s ) for many years by the sweet and liberty guises of the USA…

Snowden made at least $5 million dollars that we are told of. He lives in Russia. He is safe in Russia. Russia will never hand him over, unlike the situation being played out for mass consumption over Assange with the UK and the USA…

He has given the USA his money from book sales and speeches. Given it by default of using USA and or UK lap puppy services. Do you see Russia demanding his money? Money he made while living in Russia, under the protection of Russia….No, I don’t see that either….he lives the life of Riley in Russia…

Tidbit: Snowden; never use your name, wife’s name, families name and or dogs name on anything to do with money/taxes/liens/judgments and the USA. Find that one Russian who is loyal beyond all doubt and they can help you keep your money safe. Very likely Snowden has put his family in America at risk of foreclosure, for the USA will take it from whomever they can easily get to…

That family connection? May be very well why he will give up the money? The GOV will take his parents money, if they cannot get his!

So then I am able to conclude:

As I have been saying from the beginning; The situation around Snowden is not what it seems. His actions and doings are not of a man who is suppose to be as intelligent as he is. The moves he made from the beginning of his escapades (On June 23, 2013, Snowden flew from Hong Kong to Moscow’s Sheremetyevo International Airport) to this latest folly (Permanent Record). Does not instill confidence in all that Snowden proclaims and does…

I can accept issues at first about panicking and not understanding the extent of the USA and ability to destroy you when they want your life snuffed. Yet he had first hand information on exactly what the USA and friends will do! Yet again, after all these years living in Russia, I would have to say that Snowden should have become able to see see the forest for the trees…

Thus, without a doubt, “Either he is a bonafide patsy, or he is a sham…”

Either way he does not instill confidence in what he has done and tries to do. He keeps being handed silver platters and not many of us can find those silver platters in life….as he fumbles them and keeps longing for a home/government that hates him…

At the games end we shall see who gains. – George Herbert

Yes we will see and I think as always, we will be very disappointed in what we have been lead to believe from the start…

Sounds par for the course!

Thought you might find this old church interesting?

Been there and looked at it many years ago….2010 was when Sveta and I looked at it. Roof has really collapsed now and it is in much worse shape. I find this blog interesting, for it is now a very long historical record for my life…

The Church: That God Has Not Forgot!

It still has not been forgotten by God, yet it seems that us humans have forgotten about it and while God is still there….we humans are long gone…

Sad actually…

Finally news that makes a coffee lover smile…

It is no secrete that I just simply love coffee and any news that tells me that sipping that cup of coffee is good for me, well that is good news, no matter what anyone else thinks…

A year after California considered putting cancer warning labels on coffee, the International Agency for Research on Cancer has given java a glowing review in the newly-released World Cancer Report 2020.Amidst the chapters about genetic and socioeconomic risk factors for cancer, the researchers of the report, released roughly every five years, noted that there is evidence suggesting coffee reduces the risk of certain cancers. “Recent research suggests that coffee consumption may lower the risk of liver cancer and endometrial cancer,” the authors wrote.

Now if we can just get a report that says, “Coffee will make you immortal!”

Someday, yes someday drinking coffee will make you live for ever. Maybe if I drink enough coffee, I can still function after my body dies. You know caffeine is a stimulant?

Okay, well I can dream…

One more nail in the USA coffin…

It should be obvious that the USA Government has gone to totally “mad as a March hare” crazy….and I as you, should not accept this actions of a psychopathic country. It is time for the world to gather together and decide when and how to put the escaped mental patient back in the asylum. If we don’t? It is going to get much much worse…

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo claims US is ready to punish countries that would not comply with the newly-returned sanctions. However, UK and France defied Washington, saying the relief agreed by Iran nuclear deal will remain.Pompeo announced the unilateral return of virtually all UN sanctions against Iran late on Saturday, hailing the development as “great news for peace in the region”. Virtually all @UN sanctions have returned on Iran, the leading state sponsor of terrorism and anti-Semitism. This includes a permanent extension of the arms embargo. This is great news for peace in the region! — Secretary Pompeo (@SecPompeo) September 20, 2020He went on, threatening any nation that refuses to comply with Washington on the matter with “consequences”, according to the official statement. If UN Member States fail to fulfill their obligations to implement these sanctions, the United States is prepared to use our domestic authorities to impose consequences for those failures and ensure that Iran does not reap the benefits of UN-prohibited activity.Pompeo promised to announce measures against those who defy those “obligations”

(Again, I wonder who made Pompeo the USA president?)

I guess somewhere and someone sees this as necessary, yet all I see is a country (USA) that is jumping off the cliff feet first. That means we know that we are jumping off a cliff and have decided that is the course of action…

Dying Empires really suck and right now the world is watching an Empire die in real time…

This is a classic Tiny Russian Village home… (Photo)

One of the Tiny Russian Village homes…

Now I could see this being made into a movie with one of those slasher types running around chopping people up into little pieces and scattering the remains in the woods. I took this one morning at about 4 a.m., after I noticed that someone had tried to dig this home out from being buried alive. A few weeks ago you could not even tell there was a home at this spot…

I know, a good Zombie movie home…

Be a good home to try to buy. Has lots of potential. Small lot/land it sits on, but the home is still in good shape. The reason is? The roof! The roof is the key to any home and lasting. The roof that you see is probably the best that could have been put on at one time (Soviet) and the very few homes that have this roof, are in great shape…

This is a classic Tiny Russian Village home…. (Even the Apocalypse look!)

Kinda like a two sided book…

Both candidates are naughty!

Not sure who to vote for. I made a big mistake and voted for Trump. I fell for the lies. But Biden is no better, the same and or worse is mundane at this point. As with Hillary you could get a grip on how terrible she was, yet between these two guys, it is like the front cover and the back cover on a book. Just put Trump’s picture on one side and Biden’s picture on the other opposite side and you have the same book no matter which way you read it. The system is very broken!

Sammy the Volga will get a new clutch…

Finally the ground work is being laid to get Sammy fixed. This morning I will make one last slow and easy trip to the Big Village. I will gather money and drop the part money off at the shop in another small village on the way back….I have to stock up on food and whatnot’s, for the time frame for being done is the kicker…

Once the shop gets the parts, I will take Sammy to them and they will bring me to the Tiny Russian Village to wait until it gets done. Thus, I must be self-sufficient for at least two or three weeks. So, since nothing is set in stone, I will stock up today for the worst case situation…

10,000 rubles for all parts and 7,000 rubles for labor = 17,000 rubles ($226 at today’s rate.)

Oh Whatever, it is always something, Tomorrow in TRV

I will also stop at my favorite home supply store and get a few goodies to allow me to continue my projects. But, some projects have had to be put on hold until next year. Sammy’s clutch was unexpected and has taken money from Peter to pay Paul….so to say…

Therefore, this morning I will be busy as I do some creative financing and with Sveta’s help over the last few days, we will get the Volga done and back in good shape. The easiest way to make sure that information is being crisscrossed correctly is to have two Russians communicate. I get by very well in everyday transactions, yet when it comes to detailed things like automobiles, being smart is better than being stupid and assuming that what you say is accurate…

It is interesting, Sveta and I both remember when we did clutch work on the Volga and I am like, “But we had work done, why is the clutch a problem?”

Model 310221 Volga and the Troitse-Sergiyeva Lavra!

Sammy the Volga was bought in 2009 and the clutch is one of the first things done. After looking up that info, I realize that we have had Sammy for all these years and time just flies. There has been a bunch of kilometers put on the clutch work that was done in Moscow and it is simply time to do it again….time does fly…

A Volga clutch is good for 40,000 to 100,000 kilometers, Varies by the driver and we have put that 100,000 kilometers on Sammy easily. So it is time, no matter how much it seems like yesterday that we had work done…

Gotta go and get ready to go to the Big Village…

Time Flies!
