Me at 115 kilos…
I have finally reached my beginning target weight. Still too heavy, but hey, I like to eat. Thus I take it slowly. I reached 115 kilos and now I will start on my way to 110 kilos….I weighed, three years ago 150 kilos. Ouch! Way (weigh) to much. Then I got smart and shaved 30 kilos off in the Tiny Russian Village. Then I got to my target weight of 115 kilos and gained 5 kilos back, due to stress with Boza and his problems….Now I am back on track again and will obtain my 110 kilo goal this summer? I hope…
I am about 250# right now and or 18 stones in Britain…

I walk about 10 kilometers a day, even on a bad day. When I was in Europe, one of the days I walked 30 kilometers sightseeing and that would have never happened even twenty years ago. This is from a man who has had 6 heart attacks (six stents installed) and spent several years fighting a brain tumor….Looks like I won on all accounts!

I have said very little about what happened in Europe:
I won’t talk (much) about twice being searched and harassed by police. This is while one of the times, six or seven Muslims walked by and called the cops everything but a white boy, while making interesting love signs with their middle fingers. I asked what about them and their language and finger jesters? I was told to shut up or I would regret opening my mouth….so I shut my mouth, jail is no fun…
The cops are scared of the Muslims and that was obvious….I was let go after they discovered I was an American, but they harassed me because they thought I was Russians…
I won’t say much about all the Russians being finger printed (and sometimes actually pictures taken of them. Maybe blood samples next?) at the border crossings and no, not by the Russian side of the border! Jeez people… The European side of the border just plain sucked to get through, Russia was efficient and a breeze. Thank you Russia for making life easier…
I will not say much about the cost of food has gone up twice to three times as much as the last time I was there. Seriously, outrageous….example: 5 € + for a simple McDooddle Big Mac burger. That is over 6$ and climbing. Thus I went to stores and utilized the fridge in the room and ate much cheaper (easily ate twice for the price of one burger)….besides McD’s is not really very good for you…
I will not say much about the hotel I use to love. It has been bought by new owners and has lost its charm. It is now owned by Turkish people and they have even opened a grocery store up across the street….the standards are totally different and now I will look for a new hotel system as I travel…
I will not tell about all that happened, because it was a very poor trip. From 24 hour hate Trump, hate Russia, Hate Iran, Hate China and BBC, CNN and SKY news led the way to the propaganda delights….but I did notice some underlining expressions. The graffiti is becoming sorta, “Time for a change!” as it is spread out over many many walls and doorways…

Moscow has begun the delivery of the S-400 Triumf air defense missile systems to China under the 2014 contract, a source close to the Russian system of military cooperation told TASS on Thursday.
“The implementation of the contract has begun, the first shipment has been sent to China,” the source said.
According to the source, the shipment includes a control station, a radar station, energy and support equipment, spare parts, various tools and other elements of the S-400 system.
The source also said that the contact with China stipulated neither technology transfer nor licensed production.
In 2017, Russia trained a group of Chinese military servicemen to use the S-400 systems.
Meanwhile, Russia’s Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation has declined to provide any comments.
Contract with China: In November 2014, it was announced that Russia and China had signed a contract on S-400 supplies, and in November 2015, Russian Presidential Aide on Military Cooperation Vladimir Kozhin confirmed the contract. In June 2016, head of Russia’s Rostec State Corporation Sergei Chemezov said that the Chinese Army would receive the S-400 systems no sooner than 2018. On December 7, 2017, Chemezov said that the delivery would begin in the near future.
China is the first foreign purchaser of these air defense systems, while the second one is Turkey. In July 2017, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that “certain documents” concerning the purchase of the S-400 systems had been signed. On September 12, 2017, Russia confirmed that a contract had been made. Turkey is the first NATO member state to purchase the S-400 Triumf systems.
S-400 system
The S-400 Triumf (NATO reporting name: SA-21 Growler) is the most advanced long-range antiaircraft missile system that went into service in 2007. It is designed to destroy aircraft, cruise and ballistic missiles, including medium-range ones, and can also be used against ground objectives. The S-400 complex can engage targets at a distance of 400 km and at an altitude of up to 30 km.
At present, only Russia’s Armed Forces are equipped with the S-400 systems. There are plans to supply them to four countries – China, Turkey, India and Saudi Arabia.
Russia is turning these antiaircraft missiles out at a incredible pace and now China will start mass producing them…. Russia and China are getting ready for war and we have no one to blame but ourselves as they arm to counter The Western Empire’s collapse psychosis…
