Gonna be baby birds everywhere soon in TRV…

Now I found a nest of Wagtails living at the car shed. At least they did not try to block the door. So now got to be quiet at the rear of the home area…. 😉

Love my baby birds and I will mow with the, yesterday rebuilt electric weed eater. I decided that since it rained all day to fix a few things. The weed eater was put away after it started to breakdown many years ago. Now it is as good as new….as long as the weather will be good, I will get to mow…

I am searching for all the nests, so that I can know where to be extra careful. The yard is a bird sanctuary this year…

I guess little birdbrains like me?

A little bird asked a bumblebee…

I dunno, I think that worms would not be tasty!

At 4:30 a.m. a huge bumblebee was sipping nectar at the plum trees…

A little bird was watching him and asked…

Why you up so early?

Now I could have asked the little bird the same thing and yet that would just then make them wonder why I was up so early. I myself have been up since 1:30 a.m…

The bumble bee grumbled and buzzed and said, “The early bird gets the worm!”

The little bird, whom lives under our roof overhang, thought a minute and flew to the ground and grabbed a big fat worm…

After munching his tasty treat….he said, “You know you are right!”

PS: Yesterday there were thousands of bees in the plum trees and it was interesting to see one big fat bumble bee buzzing all by himself this morning. Smart bee, yet it was 5 degrees C this morning….tough bee!
