Found a used RX 580 in Siberia and finally got a fairly good Graphic Card for my computer. This last attempt was after twice trying to use AliExpress and failing to get shipped two new video cards. It was received fast and worked in the correct places. Not perfect, very dirty and very strong card…
I found the ventilation system was faulty and the cooling fins for the GPU clogged with dust. So, even though they had a warranty of 15 days? I decided to just take matters in my own hands and tear the poor neglected card apart. Tossed the fan system, blew out the dust bunnies and installed a set of matched case fans “250 rubles brand new for two” that connected to Molex power connections…
Idle temp is 26 C and cannot hear the fans running at all. So nice…
Hooked up and working and quiet and most of all, not a single issue with compatibility as I keep my forward movement to shred Windows OS’s into a much nicer and pleasant software to use…
Now that is fun…

The actual situation is that China and Russia have established oil infrastructure in Venezuela and are gradually increasing production. Once they establish a sufficient military presence, which is the next unavoidable step currently in progress, it will be too late for the USA to intervene.
