Уважаемые жители Королёва!
ПОЖАЛУЙСТА, ОСТАВАЙТЕСЬ ДОМА, ПОМОГИТЕ НАМ!
Все больницы Московской области работают в напряжённом режиме. Королёвская больница и МОНИКИ им. В.Ф.Владимировского начали принимать пациентов из г.Мытищи, т.к. их больница полностью закрыта под коронавирус.
В нашем городе все пациенты поступают через инфекционное отделение на ул.Циолковского 24, где происходит сортировка и маршрутизация пациентов по тяжести состояния и необходимости кислородной поддержки (кому интересно, обратитесь к медицинской литературе военных лет).
Теперь по пунктам:
1. “Юбилейный” филиал действительно в лучшем состоянии, чем “Костинский” стационар, но там располагается отделение гемодиализа и люди, нуждающиеся в нём, не могут оставаться без медицинской помощи. Поэтому мы перевели в Юбилейный гематологию из Костино и химиотерапию из онкологического отделения, для этих пациентов нет понятия “плановая госпитализация”.
2. Инфекционное отделение в настоящее время принимает ТОЛЬКО с COVID патологией или с подозрением на неё. В отделении развёрнуто 66 койко-мест, из них 13 – детские, а для нашего города положено 244 койки. В главном корпусе ЦГБ продолжается капитальный ремонт и никто не исключает другие болезни, от которых люди также могут умереть. Наша больница продолжает работать на все группы пациентов с экстренной патологией, выходных у врачей нет, больница перегружена!
3. Из Костино вывели гематологию и закрыли гастроэнтерологию, неврологию, кардиологию и терапию, осталась только пульмонология и отделение терапевтического профиля для пациентов с различной патологией и наличием признаков ОРВИ.
В пульмонологическое отделение поступают пациенты в лёгкой и средней степени тяжести состоянии, тяжёлые и крайне тяжелые пациенты лечатся на Циолковского,24!
4. Теперь про СанПин и морг. До жилых домов расстояние должно быть не менее 100 метров и это требование соблюдено! Морг в Костино никто не закрывал, а порядок проведения патологоанатомических исследований инфекционных пациентов определён тем же СанПин и он больницей не нарушается!
На сегодняшний день в Королёве умерло три пациента с наличием коронавируса в организме, НО только один из них от пневмонии. Второй – от инфаркта, третий – от инсульта.
Сейчас на ИВЛ находятся 7 жителей Королёва в крайне тяжёлом состоянии, ещё 10 на кислородной поддержке в тяжелом состоянии.
Оставайтесь дома, не подвергайте себя опасности!

When you meet someone now….you do not shake hands and you d0o not kiss each other on the cheeks as is custom in Russia. King Coronavirus has end several cultural formalities…
The roads are empty of cars, no hand shaking, items for someone are dropped off and you do not see them and you do not have a cuppa tea, you do not gawk at someone with a mask on, you sterilize everything, you stand in line to buy things at the taped areas spaced apart on the floor, in our Big Village the pharmacy takes one person at a time – the rest stand outside spaced two meters apart, you stockpile more than just buckwheat (grechikha and or kasha), you stay away from the elders due to health not disrespect and there are about a thousand other changes…
Yesterday, I met a friend who works in the Fish Farm as I was walking and we both immediately put our hands up as to tell each that was as close as we come to each other. Very strange for all guys always shake hands when they meet. It is a very strong Russian custom…
But…
I am watching what is going to happen at Easter?
April 19th, 2020 is Easter and I am suspecting that it could be an issue. The orthodox babushkas (and younger churchies) are notorious for kissing icons, monks hands and whatever they deem to kiss on, if it has religious meanings…
The churchy group is also the least easy to control. They seem to not listen to anyone and they just have to get close to that icon and kiss away…
I suspect that even if the Orthodox Church cancels Easter in the churches, the babushkas will rip the doors off the churches….hmm…
A few weeks ago I drove through a village and about twenty babushkas were outside the church yelling at the monk to open the doors…
We want to hug our God and no one will stand in our way…
Maybe King Corona will not stand in their way, but it will invite itself to travel with them and then all the Godliness they gathered will not help them…
I know it sounds like I am being bad…
Though King Corona is much badder…

Dr. Jeff Smith, a physician and executive officer in the Santa Clara County government, told the Los Angeles Times on Saturday that the Covid-19 coronavirus “was freewheeling in our community and probably has been here for quite some time” before officials took notice in late January.

This morning it hit -6 below zero and just is simply windy, humid and miserable. Too hard to walk with the wind cutting through whatever you wear and simply staying put by the heater is the best bet…
I just spent my first night in Nikolai’s Home…
I had a good sleep and now that I have officially moved to our other home. I will work on the older home that Svetochka’s mom owns. We are looking to get her here this summer if King Coronavirus allows that to happen…

The initial human volunteers have been selected to test a Russian vaccine against the deadly new coronavirus in trials set to begin in late June. The project’s chief developer is leading by example by taking his place among them.
Work on the biological preparation began in February at the Vector Institute, Russia’s leading virology and biotechnology research center. It’s based in Novosibirsk, the largest city in Siberia. Earlier in April, researchers announced that the vaccine had successfully passed trials on mice and ferrets, with preparations for human testing in full swing.
The first stage will see 60 people participating, Rinat Maksyutov, Vector Institute’s general director, told Rossiya-1. Numerous people from Novosibirsk and other Russian regions have offered their services as volunteers.
The list of test subjects has already been put together, and some members of the team now working on the vaccine, including lead developer Ilnaz Imatdinov, are among the volunteers, Maksyutov revealed. The scientists stepped forward because “they are confident in the effectiveness and safety” of the agent they are preparing, he said.
