Inside China’s ‘horizontal skyscraper’ which will be the tallest in the world: A “horizontal” skyscraper is set to open in China later this year as part of a brand new mixed-use complex that features hotels, restaurants, shops, offices and private homes. Known as The Crystal, it is expected to become the highest sky bridge in the world. The 250 metre bridge is part of Raffles City Chongqing, a complex made up of eight skyscrapers in the Yuzhong district of Chongqing City. The Crystal will be sprawled across the top of four 60-storey skyscrapers, 250 metres in the air.
