Should Have Known; Plus that wonderful cup of coffee…

coffeebear tooThe night before was hell and full of fever, slight pain and very messed up sugar levels. That should be a sign to me, but I still have things to do and I still get them done. I worked all day yesterday and about 6 p.m. all hell broke loose. I passed a kidney stone last night. This is a serious issue due to diabetes…

I am so thankful that Russia does not have a stupid prescription issue, like America does. I took over the counter pain relief and as I knew, it did nothing. Then I found something I have not taken for a long time, a box of pills called NISE. NISE (or say NICE) are the best, but since they are a narcotic, I use them maybe once a year. When the going gets tough, the tough take NISE…

Nimesulide or as I call it, “The only way to survive a large kidney stone!”, is a non prescription drug in Russia. Not many drugs are prescription in Russia and I have talked about this before. Praise God that I live here in Russia and do not have to see a doctor just to get a simple pain killer…

What is NISE?

Nimesulide, a widely prescribed anti-inflammatory analgesic drug belongs to BCS class II and exhibit low and variable oral bioavailability. It is produced in India and Russia.

Nimesulide (4-nitro-2-phenoxymethanesulfoanilide) is a selective COX-2 NSAID drug. This compound, a derivative of p-nitrophenyl methane sulfonamide, is structurally a unique non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It belongs to selective COX-2inhibitors, with a potent analgesic activity.

It’s indicated as second line treatment for acute pain, symptomatic treatment of painful osteoarthritis and primary dysmenorrhoea.

Features include:

Cancer treatment

It was first given to me many years ago for osteoarthritis, which I have very bad and at times it almost puts me down. But I refuse to take pain killers and use it very little. I use NISE only for emergencies and last night was an emergency. I can stand a lot of pain in the world, but a kidney stone is the one thing that I can not get a grip on. The pain is like a roller coaster ride and it is a ride to hell itself. Finally I broke down and grabbed two NISE and within 20 minutes, I was able to go to sleep. The point of no return had been met and I became a wimp… 😉

The tablet I take consists of Nimesulide which is a well known anti inflammatory and non steroidal medicine. There is no other chemicals in it. It is pure and it simply does the job. I have been stunned at the fact that this wonderful medicine is non-prescription and am thankful for that fact. Heavy usage as with any pain killer is inadmissible, but for once or twice a year it is perfect…

I should have seen it coming and been better prepared. I knew I was hurting and I knew that from the night before, I had issues. I also passed a stone a few weeks ago and I also know that they almost always come in twos for me…

This is an example of me not listening to my body and barging ahead like a bull in a china closet. I guess I am too excited about Svetochka coming to the village…

Three tractors parked at Vova’s last night. The guys are from the Fish Village and they are cutting log poles in the woods. They use these poles to reinforce the damns at places. They are doing major work this year to get the ponds in shape for a huge harvest of fish. It looks like they will fill all ponds to the maximum and it will be a neat summer to watch the fish in the ponds. Our pond is the last to be filled and they have been working daily on the dams and such. This is a thriving business in Russia, as most businesses are here. Kinda throws a wrench in the illegal sanction issue…

Russians love their carp, almost as much as they love their caviar…

I will most likely lay down again and rest. I still have a bunch to do, but I think that some of it will not get done for an extra day or so. Svetochka will be here for about four days and if she can take the dog walking off my back, it will allow me to take it slow and easy. Then I can get the same amount done as if I felt good…

I want to thank several people for new donations. I still get all watery eyed when someone donates. It makes me realize that what I am doing is worth it. I know that it seems to some people that I am just a stupid American, who lost his way, but I have to say that it is the opposite. I found my way…

Coming to Russia has opened my eyes to a world that is hidden from Americans. We really do live isolated in America. It is done on purpose and the NISE pain killer is an example of such isolation. It may seem trivial to you as you read this. Though if you think with an open mind, why do we accept such control of our processes in America? I am so free in Russia that sometimes, I do not understand why Americans live so repressed. Then I sit back and realize that Americans are so isolated that they do not comprehend that there is a world out there. A world that is wonderful, beautiful and free…

Then I sit back and realize that you have a choice to make and it is your choice to accept what is happening. Just like the farce we call elections for president in America. No choice who to elect for president, but all the propaganda in the world to think we have a choice…

I am going to take my coffee and walk Boza to the hillside near the lake. He got to chase a fox this morning and he is one happy dog. I need to let him sniff where the fox was and do some serious investigation as to where this fox is living. We chase him once a week at least and like the Ralph the Raven, they like to play with Boza…

Boza likes that freedom. The freedom to chase a fox and pester a raven. The fact is they both like their freedom to instigate the chase…

I like that and thanks for the donations. It allows me to live in this freedom called Russia…

The sun is out and I live in a Tiny Russian Village called Sunrise to Freedom. How is that for a perfect place to live?
