I just ate again and my sugar levels are in the 5’s mmol/L and that is much better. I have cut my sugar pills back and am finding that I am still needing to adjust them some more…

China has been turning out military hardware 24/7/365 and Russia has been supplying tech to them. I understand that China has been building warships non stop for over ten years and counting. China has been training heavily with Russia and both Russia and China know that they will be covering the others back, when America plays her stupidity hand of cards…
I have talked about that Russia does not bluff. Well China is even more likely to never bluff than Russia and what you have is serious actions only by Russia and China….I expect the USA to do something as stupid as attack China to instigate issues, We have already done it to Russia and Russia and China are bidding their time…
