God gave us a brain, use it:
The U.S manufacturers went looking to Red impoverished China decades ago in search of a few cents more in profits. They found it and nurtured that system to get rich at our expense. They did not care about long term, only the short term gain to their pockets…
I watched this happen, I expressed to many people about it happening and now feel zero as in zilch sympathy for the fools who cry and whine and demand bailouts because of what the west has become – where was everyone when their good quality “jobs for life” were being replaced by 2 or 3 crap jobs in crap service industries that produced nothing? Where was everyone when the man of the family (Be they male or female,) could support a family on one job and we became a two worker family? Where was everyone when a loaf of bread became unaffordable? Where were we all when we watched our corporations sending themselves all over the world, because they do not want to pay our USA wages?
Looked like a bunch of sleeping brain dead people to me…
If we used our brains?
Instead of screaming at the China and the Chinese who are just trying to lift itself/themselves up from centuries of abuse and exploitation (A bit of history from a book bought in a little book store, not that corporate type bookstore, will go a long way to explain what led to this- or you can download free if you bother to search for them) why don’t people in the west scream and shout at the world wide Oligarchs and other crony capitalists who used their new found wealth to lobby corrupt politicians to regulate/deregulate as was convenient?
These people are not very hard to find- just look for a wealthy gated community in your own town…
We should be smart enough to realize that China was being used to generate wealth for the obscenely wealthy all over the world. Including within China itself…
Both the left and the right are equally complicit:
Both sides of the coin all over the world lined and continue to line their pockets. First they did it with new, inflation free bills before it was devalued and given to you and me to fight for and squander on useless crap, food and costume jewellery, that made those rich new bill owners even richer- do you not see a pattern of abuse?
Now they just print and endless supply of paper, because they don’t care if the price goes up anymore…
But, that’s OK:
Use your brain…
We can sit here and scream at either side of the political fence blaming the other for all our misfortunes. The reality is (and most people do not live in reality anymore) that you have all been conned, fooled and led up the wrong garden path. Now you all fight for or against each other…
The only savior is what is left of the brain God gave us – use it…
