My server company host has just gotten WtR back online. This was after massive hack attempts and some really serious hate comments. It was just the thing that when it happens you know you just hit the hammer to the nail head…

Today in the morning in China, the Americans bought out the French order for cash right on the tarmac. The France-bound plane departed to the US afterwards.The local authorities will now have to stick to major logistics companies, Muselier said, to ensure that the haul is not outbid or bought out in the loading area again. He added that the delivery is now expected later this week.The Americans are trying to procure any masks already available, disrupting deliveries to other nations, another report by French daily Liberation indicated.“They pay double and cash, even before seeing the goods,” an anonymous source told the newspaper.

The delivery from mask manufacturer 3M was shipped from China and reloaded in Bangkok before it was to be transported to Germany by air freight. However, in Bangkok, the shipment was suddenly “redirected” to the US, Berlin police confirmed. Meanwhile, a newspaper based in the Canadian province of Quebec, Journal de Montreal, reported an order of 10,000 masks bound for the province went missing, with the delivery never arriving at its intended destination.

This week a European Union so-called media watchdog warned that Russia and China were engaged in a disinformation campaign to “undermine public trust in national health-care systems”.There are also reports of claims by US intelligence and other officials that China is to blame for spreading the disease because it deliberately under-reported the outbreak that initially occurred in December, thereby allegedly leaving Western nations ill-prepared to withstand the pandemic.Those claims are patently false. China had alerted the world to the seriousness of the disease as early as January when it was itself getting to grips with the uncertain public health crisis. Western nations had three months to learn from China’s experience, as well as from neighboring South Korea, where authorities clamped down on the epidemic. But Western governments for various reasons, no doubt primarily due to budgetary costs, chose instead to ignore the threat.
