So today I feel off key and will take it easy. The Russians say two days of no walking and no showers and eat lots of protein foods….sounds right up my alley!

(I am not positive, but I did see lots of pitchforks, naked plucked chickens and barrels of tar being heated? Maybe that was a sign of grumpy people?)

Russia needs to remember: The USA and NATO under Clinton set the standard with Serbia. What the US did in Serbia years ago is a done deal. Now, Russia can, and should, follow that standard as it concerns the Donbass. There need not be a shot fired in anger, if the US, NATO and Ukraine accept that the US in Serbia has established the precedence, and therefore the people of the Donbass, like the people of Kosovo, are entitled to become either independent nations or member states in the Russian Federation. A referendum should be called immediately, and Ukraine, the US, NATO, and Russia, should accept the outcome of the referendum…
Of course, this will not settle the issue of NATO weapons on the Russian borders and they (NATO/USA) will never accept the outcome….for it is a do as I say, not as I do Western Empire…

Sweden says they will be attacked by Russia! Norway says that they will be attacked by Russia! Ukraine says it is being attacked by Russian Demons! Estonia says that they will and or could be attacked by Russia! Latvia says they will be attacked by Putin! Poland (always) says they will be attacked by Russia! Germany says they will stop the gas flow in NORD Stream 2…..except they never turned it on! Huh! Britain has spent years talking about being attacked by Russia, poor Skripals! The USA says that….oh never mind, the west has gone basically stupid stark raving ignorant mental sicko psycho nuts! They are all lying at lying at a furious pace a pace so fast that no one can keep up with the lies! Yet I have been and do know right and wrong…
Thus, I have come to the conclusion and I guess that there really is infinity within the abilities to lie and lie and lie!
What amazes me is that these lies are flowing like water and there is not an ounce of embarrassment and no one seems to be trying to find the doctors to check out the mental state of The Western Empire….for it is a mental illness that is showing itself. This year I am adding to this post what we recorded last night as we walked. The Orthodox Church nearby started its bell ringing for the start(?) of Epiphany. All I know is that is rang for a long time and we finally walked far enough away to not hear it…
Epiphany Eve or The Eve, is widely known to be held on January 18, the day before the Baptism. On today, it is tradition to dunk yourself in frozen water and it is also tradition to eat cooked stewed fruit with raisins and honey, called “sochivo”, hence the name “sochevnik” or “eve”. Sochivo or kutia, hulled barley, wheat or rice, add sunflower, poppy, hemp vegetable oil and honey.
The grain symbolized reviving life, and the sweet sauce or honey, symbolize the sweetness that awaits in the hereafter. The tradition of cooking sochivo is closely connected with the Orthodox religion…
