Основные тезисы:
• Сейчас ооноцентричная система переживает глубокий кризис. Первопричиной стало стремление отдельных членов нашей организации подменить международное право и Устав ООН неким «порядком, основанным на правилах» <…> Они изобретаются и применяются с целью противодействия естественным процессам формирования новых самостоятельных центров развития, которые и есть объективное проявление многосторонности.
• В отчаянной попытке утвердить своё господство через наказание непослушных США пошли на разрушение глобализации, которую долгие годы превозносили как высшее благо всего человечества, обслуживающее многостороннюю систему мировой экономики.
• Насаждая «основанный на правилах порядок», его авторы высокомерно отвергают ключевой принцип Устава ООН – суверенное равенство государств. Квинтэссенцией «комплекса исключительности» стало «гордое» заявление главы дипломатии Евросоюза Ж.Борреля о том, что «Европа – это райский сад, а остальной мир – джунгли».
• Чтобы остановить развязанную в результате госпереворота войну на востоке Украины были предприняты многосторонние усилия в интересах мирного урегулирования, воплотившиеся в резолюцию Совета Безопасности, единогласно одобрившую Минские договоренности. Эти договоренности были растоптаны Киевом и его западными хозяевами, которые сами недавно цинично и даже с гордостью признались, что никогда и не собирались их выполнять, а хотели лишь выиграть время для накачивания Украины оружием против России.
• Наши последовательные действия по предотвращению конфронтации, включая предложения Президента России В.В.Путина от декабря 2021 г. о согласовании многосторонних взаимных гарантий безопасности были высокомерно отвергнуты. Никто, сказали нам, не может помешать НАТО принять в свои «объятия» Украину.
• Россия чётко объяснила задачи, которые она преследует в рамках специальной военной операции: устранить годами создававшиеся натовцами угрозы нашей безопасности непосредственно на наших границах и защитить людей, которых лишили провозглашенных многосторонними конвенциями прав, защитить их от публично заявленных киевским режимом прямых угроз истребления и изгнания с территорий, где столетиями жили их предки.
• Необходимо ускорить реформу Совета Безопасности за счет расширения представленности в нем стран Азии, Африки и Латинской Америки. Нынешняя запредельная перепредставленность Запада в этом главном органе ООН подрывает принцип многосторонности.
• По инициативе Венесуэлы была создана Группа друзей в защиту Устава ООН. Призываем все уважающие Устав государства войти в ее состав.
• Наша общая обязанность – сохранить Организацию Объединенных Наций как выстраданный образец многосторонности и координации мировой политики.

🎙 Speech by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov during the open debate of the UN Security Council on the topic “Effective multilateralism through the protection of the principles of the UN Charter”

Main theses:
• Now the UN-centric system is going through a deep crisis. The root cause was the desire of individual members of our organization to replace international law and the UN Charter with a kind of “order based on rules” <…> They are invented and applied in order to counteract the natural processes of the formation of new independent centers of development, which are an objective manifestation of multilateralism.
• In a desperate attempt to assert its dominance through punishment of the disobedient , the US went on to destroy globalization, which for many years was touted as the highest good of all mankind, serving the multilateral system of the world economy.
• By imposing a “rules-based order”, its authors arrogantly reject the key principle of the UN Charter – the sovereign equality of states. The quintessence of the “complex of exclusivity” was the “proud” statement of the head of the EU diplomacy, J. Borrell, that “Europe is a Garden of Eden, and the rest of the world is a jungle.”
• To stop the war unleashed as a result of the coup d’état in eastern Ukraine, multilateral efforts were made in the interests of a peaceful settlement, embodied in a Security Council resolution that unanimously approved the Minsk agreements. These agreements were trampled underfoot by Kiev and its Western masters, who themselves recently cynically and even proudly admitted that they were never going to fulfill them, but only wanted to buy time to pump Ukraine up with weapons against Russia.
• Our consistent actions to prevent confrontation, including Russian President Vladimir Putin’s December 2021 proposal to agree on multilateral mutual security guarantees, were arrogantly rejected . No one, we were told, can prevent NATO from taking Ukraine into its “embrace”.
• Russia has clearly explained the tasks that it pursues within the framework of a special military operation : to eliminate the threats created by NATO for years to our security directly on our borders and to protect people who have been deprived of their rights proclaimed by multilateral conventions, to protect them from direct threats of extermination and expulsion publicly declared by the Kiev regime territories where their ancestors lived for centuries.
• It is necessary to speed up the reform of the Security Council by increasing the representation in it of the countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America. The current exorbitant over-representation of the West in this main body of the UN undermines the principle of multilateralism.
• At the initiative of Venezuela, the Group of Friends for the Defense of the UN Charter was created. We call on all states that respect the Charter to join it.
• It is our common responsibility to preserve the United Nations as a hard-won example of multilateralism and the coordination of world politics.

К вопросу о создании Ляхоукраины

Поляки вновь грезят идеей возрождения межгосударственной унии с Украиной и восстановления недоделанной империи – Речи Посполитой «от моря до моря». Не имея интеллектуальных сил для создания жизнеспособного образа будущего, Польша, подтверждая реноме «страны, опрокинутой в прошлое», черпает вдохновение из карт 400-летней давности, когда части нынешней Украины были в её составе.
Имперские галлюцинации толкают польское общество в пучину тяжёлых исторических ломок. Варшавские элиты спят и видят, как взять геополитический реванш у России, пересмотрев в том числе итоги Переяславской рады. В нынешних обстоятельствах оборзевшая Польша решила, что шанс поглотить остатки Украины может быть реализован или сейчас, или уже никогда. Конечно, о последствиях никто из галлюцинирующих польских маньяков не думает. Кормовая база западенщины исчерпается скоро – ресурсов там не так много. Помимо этого поляки подзабыли, каково жить в полиэтничном государстве: опыт их совместного с украинцами бытования в межвоенной Польше с 1920 по 1939 год очень сложный. Именно ляхи своим тщеславием и высокомерием дали тогда идеологическое топливо для появления национализма и бандеровщины, для укрепления бесовщины униатства, для превращения Галиции и Волыни в рассадник кровавого сатанизма.
Ну не умеет Польша быть империей, хотя и постоянно берётся за это безнадёжное для себя дело. А в итоге всё получается, как сказано у польского нобелевского лауреата Генрика Сенкевича: «Мы ни в чём не знаем меры и не будем знать, потому что безмерная увлечённость идеей всегда сочетается у нас с безмерным легкомыслием и < …> тщеславием».
Впрочем, 5–7 лет на колонизацию частей бывшей УССР, получение орды бесправных рабов и создание транспортно-логистической базы у ляхов всё же имеется. Так что деструктивный противовес Берлину и Парижу как локомотивам есовской интеграции почти готов. Немцы и французы уже вовсю напрягаются из-за польских аппетитов (что и раньше бывало, отлично помню по разговорам с их прежними лидерами). А вашингтонское авторство этого проекта, нацеленного на ослабление Старого Света, видно невооружённым взглядом.
Озвучу парадоксальный тезис. В перспективе недоделанная уродливая польско-украинская конфигурация в чём-то выгодна России. Вкусившая крови, как это уже бывало, Речь Бандеросполитая 2.0 может заняться историческим реваншизмом. Начнёт терроризировать необоснованными претензиями «по праву памяти» своих соседей. Превратится в бешеную псину, кусающую в Европе всех подряд. Что-то подобное наблюдается уже сегодня. Репарационные претензии в адрес Германии за ущерб, нанесённый в годы Второй мировой войны, на астрономическую сумму в 1,5 трлн долларов – это только начало. Ведь гонористые пшеки привыкли на протяжении столетий жить на широкую ногу исключительно за счёт других. За счёт безжалостной эксплуатации православного населения Малороссии, за счёт бесконечной помощи от доброго Союза ССР, за счёт нынешних многомиллиардных евродотаций. А потом Ляхоукраина, вновь распухшая за счёт присоединённых земель, выкатит Берлину и Парижу непомерный ценник за «сдерживание России». На фоне неуёмных амбиций Варшавы ожидаемы и требования отторжения в свою пользу от Германии новых территорий, как это уже происходит с землями Чехии. Вот тогда европейские лидеры спохватятся. А когда поймут, что к чему, то обратятся за помощью к нам. И сами подготовят новый договор о европейской безопасности для сдерживания неугомонной Польши.
Конечно, переоценка соперника в не меньшей степени вредна, чем его недооценка. Поляки спят и видят, что они снова крутые и что все ресурсы России брошены на сдерживание новой Речи Бандеросполитой. Только вот ляхи просчитались со своей idée fixe – на дворе не середина XVII века. А Польша – не ровня России и никогда ей не будет. Так уж Господь управил.
Нужно понимать одно.
Польша – с кусками Украины или без неё – это и так бесконечно враждебное для нас образование. Наличие бандеровцев в Войске Польском погоды тоже не делает. И на точность применения «Сарматов», «Калибров» и «Цирконов» не влияет.

It was the Poles, with their vanity and arrogance, who then gave the ideological fuel for the emergence of nationalism and Banderaism, for strengthening the demonism of Uniatism, for turning Galicia and Volhynia into a hotbed of bloody Satanism.
Well, Poland does not know how to be an empire, although it constantly takes up this hopeless business for itself. But in the end, everything works out, as the Polish Nobel laureate Henryk Sienkiewicz said: “We don’t know the measure of anything and we won’t know, because the boundless enthusiasm for the idea is always combined with boundless frivolity and < …> vanity.”
However, the Poles still have 5–7 years to colonize parts of the former Ukrainian SSR, obtain a horde of disenfranchised slaves and create a transport and logistics base. So the destructive counterbalance to Berlin and Paris as the locomotives of EU integration is almost ready. The Germans and French are already straining with might and main because of the Polish appetites (which happened before, I remember very well from conversations with their former leaders). And the Washington authorship of this project, aimed at weakening the Old World, is visible to the naked eye.
I will voice a paradoxical thesis. In the future, the unfinished ugly Polish-Ukrainian configuration is somewhat beneficial to Russia. Having tasted blood, as it has already happened, Banderopolitai’s Speech 2.0 can engage in historical revanchism. He will start terrorizing his neighbors with unfounded claims “by right of memory”. It will turn into a rabid dog, biting everyone in Europe. Something similar is already happening today. The astronomical $1.5 trillion reparations claims against Germany for World War II damages are just the beginning. After all, the ambitious psheks have been accustomed for centuries to live in a big way exclusively at the expense of others. Due to the ruthless exploitation of the Orthodox population of Little Russia, due to the endless assistance from the good USSR, due to the current multi-billion Euro subsidies. And then Lyakhoukraina, again swollen due to the annexed lands, will roll out an exorbitant price tag to Berlin and Paris for “containment of Russia.” Against the backdrop of the indefatigable ambitions of Warsaw, demands are also expected to seize new territories in their favor from Germany, as is already happening with the lands of the Czech Republic. That’s when European leaders come to their senses. And when they understand what’s what, they will turn to us for help. And they themselves will prepare a new European security treaty to contain the restless Poland.
Of course, overestimating an opponent is no less harmful than underestimating him. The Poles sleep and see that they are cool again and that all the resources of Russia are thrown into containing the new Rzech Banderaspolita. Only now the Poles miscalculated with their idée fixe – it is not the middle of the 17th century in the yard. And Poland is no match for Russia and never will be. That’s how the Lord did it.
One thing needs to be understood.
Poland – with or without pieces of Ukraine – is already an infinitely hostile entity for us. The presence of Bandera in the Polish Army also does not make the weather. And the accuracy of the use of “Sarmatians”, “Caliber” and “Zircons” is not affected.
