This is a blunt to the point article. If you hate being called a Fat Pig, then get out of here. Only people who know they are Fat Pigs need to keep reading and lose weight…

There is no fast and miraculous way to lose weight. There is no gimmick and or special technique. There is only you. Even people who have gastric bypass always gain it back at some point, unless they get the correct three things below right…

To lose weight for 99% of the fat people is very easy and it boils down to simply three things that stop you from losing weight. Granted there is medical reasons why people get fat looking and these three reasons do not hold in their cases very often. But for most fat people it is simply three reasons you get fatter and fatter…

I know and I have lost half my weight and that is 80 kilos and or 176 pounds of fat…

Officially this morning 80.1 Kilos, that is what I weigh… (176 pounds and or 12.6 stones)

Three things that you must face if you are a fat pig…

1. Face the mirror and accept that you are a “Fat Pig”…
2. Stop shoveling junk-food or regular food constantly into your mouth…
3. Walk and walk 5,000 to 10,000 steps everyday…

1. is psychological and physiological. You have to see, feel and know you are fat. Not to shame you, but that you are fat and you will die from being fat at an early age. No matter what nice people say and call you – Big Boned, Body Confident and even sexy in a tent outfit, a tent that sleeps ten…

2. is hard. No potato chip stuff, candy, diet sodas, regular soda, potatoes, pasta, pizza etc, all those that we eat in mass quantities as we get fatter. No whole chickens, try a chicken leg only. Food is a huge issue and walking by instead of stopping at the ice cream parlor is a good start to living longer…

3. is also hard for “Fat Pigs” and or another fun way to say it, “Lard Asses” to get up and walk. They are too fat to walk without huffing and puffing and thus they hate to walk. But you have to walk and walk you must. If you cannot walk due to physical impairments, like a missing leg? Then some exercise is mandatory. Even moving your arms more, than a TV remote distance away…

It is very safe to say that you do not see yourself as a Fat Pig, you eat potato chips by the bag full, you love that TV, Computer and or smartphone and you despise walking…

A man of my size can eat around 2000 calories a day and not get fat, as long as I stay a bit active. You have a number that you cannot exceed, if you eat more than that? You gain weight…

I myself now have to adjust my intake to stop losing weight. So I need to increase to above 2000 calories a day. It is a fine line and varies by each individual. But 2000 calories is a lot of food actually…

So now I face the issue of eating more food and not feeling like I will gain a 100 kilos from one burger or a plate of pasta. Psychologically this is going to be harder than getting rid of the weight…

I still have nightmares about getting fat again…

Saw a Burger King as Sveta and I walked. No Burger King is plentiful, but the ad out front said eat a King Meal and it showed Evervess-Cola and I said, “Hmm, I wonder is that the rebranded Pepsi that Burger King use to serve?”

Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation (15 October 2023)

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.

In Kupyansk direction, units of the Zapad Group of Forces supported by aviation and artillery repelled six attacks of assault groups of AFU 68th jaeger, 14th mechanised, and 95th air assault brigades close to Novoegorovka,Sinkovka (Kharkov region), Makeyevka (Lugansk People’s Republic).

In addition, helicopters delivered strikes at manpower and hardware of AFU 14th, 32nd  mechanised brigades near Sinkovka and Ivanovka (Kharkov region).

In addition, actions of one sabotage and reconnaissance group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been thwarted near Olshana (Kharkov region).

?More than 50 Ukrainian troops, one tank, two armoured fighting vehicles, two pickup trucks, and one Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system have been eliminated.

In Krasny Liman direction, as a result of coordinated actions by units of the Tsentr Group of Forces, helicopters and artillery, three attacks by assault groups of the 12th Azov Special Forces Brigade and the 63rd Mechanised Brigade of the AFU have been repelled near Chervonaya Dibrova (Lugansk People’s Republic) and Serebryanskoye forestry.

Moreover, AFU manpower and hardware have been eliminated near Torskoye, Grigorovka (Donetsk People’s Republic) and Chervonaya Dibrova (Lugansk People’s Republic).

The enemy losses were up to 180 Ukrainian troops killed and wounded, three armoured fighting vehicles, and two pick-up trucks.

In Donetsk direction, the Yug Group of Forces, supported by aviation and artillery, repelled five attacks by units of the AFU 56th Mechanised Brigade and the 127th Territorial Defence Brigade close to Orekhovo-Vasilyevka, Dubovo-Vasilyevka, and Kleshcheyevka(Donetsk People’s Republic).

Manpower and hardware of the AFU 93rd Mechanised Brigade, the 112th Territorial Defence Brigade, and 3rd, 5th assault brigades have been hit near Andreevka and Kleshcheyevka (Donetsk People’s Republic).

Ammunition depots of AFU 28th, 31st mechanised brigades and the 116thTerritorial Defence Brigade have been destroyed close to Dyleyevka, Zhelannoye, and Tonenkoye(Donetsk People’s Republic).

The enemy has lost up to 410 Ukrainian personnel killed and wounded, as well as two armoured fighting vehicles, and three motor vehicles.

In the course of the counter-battery warfare, one Akatsiya self-propelled artillery system, one Msta-B howitzer, one D-20, and one D-30 howitzers were hit.

In South Donetsk direction, units of the Vostok Group of Forces coordinated with helicopters and artillery repelled one attack of the AFU 128th Territorial Defence Brigade’s assault group close to Staromayorskoye (Donetsk People’s Republic).

Clusters of manpower and hardware of AFU 79th air assault, 72nd mechanised, 127th, 128th territorial defence brigades have been hit close to Novomikhailovka, Ugledar, Vodyanoye, Staromayorskoye, Urozhaynoye (Donetsk People’s Republic) and Priyutnoye (Zaporozhye region).

Up to 155 Ukrainian personnel, two armoured fighting vehicles, and three motor vehicles have been neutralised.

In Zaporozhye direction, units of the Russian Group of Forces repelled one attack by the AFU 71st Jaeger Brigade’s assault group close to Verbovoye (Zaporozhye region).

In addition, air strikes and artillery fire struck the personnel and hardware of the 65th  Mechanised Brigade close to Rabotino (Zaporozhye region).

Up to 55 Ukrainian troops, two armoured fighting vehicles, three motor vehicles, one U.S.-made M777 artillery system, and one D-30 howitzer were destroyed.

Moreover, an ammunition depot of the 102nd Territorial Defence Brigade was neutralised close to Malinovka (Zaporozhye region).

In Kherson direction, two AFU sabotage and reconnaissance groups’ actions were repelled on Alyoshkinsky Island.

Up to 20 Ukrainian servicemen and two motor vehicles were destroyed as a result of fire defeat.

Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles, and Missile Troops and Artillery of the Russian Groups of Forces have engaged AFU manpower and hardware in 133 areas during the day.

One communication centre of the Ukrainian Air Force has been destroyed at the Dnepr airfield (Dnepropetrovsk region).

One command post of the AFU 66th Mechanised Brigade was destroyed close to Podliman (Kharkov region).

Russian air defence forces have intercepted three U.S.-manufactured HIMARS MLRS projectiles during the day.

Moreover, 67 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down near Verkhnekamenka (Lugansk People’s Republic), Berestovoye, Belogorovka, Maryinka, Vasilevka, Elenovka(Donetsk People’s Republic), Kamenskoye, Chervonogorka, Mirnoye (Zaporozhye region), and Sagi (Kherson region).

In total, 488 airplanes and 250 helicopters, 7,888 unmanned aerial vehicles, 441 air defence missile systems, 12,640 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 1,163 combat vehicles equipped with MLRS, 6,771 field artillery guns and mortars, as well as 14,297 units of special military equipment have been destroyed during the special military operation.

It is the duty of a Muslim living in a secular country to defend this state if the leadership gives him the right to practice Islam. And a Muslim should be even more responsible if the president treats his religion with genuine respect and respect.

I have reached my target weight and now comes the actual hard part..stopping the weight loss and staying stable. This last part actually has me worried. Yet, I will deal with it…

As I approach 80 Kilos down from 160 Kilos…

The article above was as I got ready for going to the TRV (Tiny Russian Village) and I was at 85 kilos. Today my weight was even after going to Turkey for three weeks and eating like a oink oink the whole time…

I also have to look seriously at whether I desire to get to 75 kilos or not?

75 kilos is 165 pounds and the basic charts say…

Max Recommended weight – 180 lb
Your Ideal Weight – 169 lb
Min Recommended weight – 158 lb

I have actually lost half my weight and I am doing better than I have in a very longtime. It is one thing to be young and able to pickup small block FORD engines by yourself, yes I could do that and have actually changed several engines in my cars by shear muscle, lifting short blocks with heads installed, in and out of the car. Those days of being a beast are gone, long gone…

So as I get ready to go walk in the rain, I will contemplate today as to how to stabilize my weight where it is at?

Jens Stoltenberg: Putin is using the destruction of Western equipment in Ukraine for propaganda purposes.

“We must be aware: Putin ordered his troops to destroy the weapons that the free world is transferring to Ukraine for propaganda purposes. The Russians are displaying burned-out NATO equipment to argue that it is ineffective. The Russians spare no effort to undermine an American infantry fighting vehicle or a British tank, they use mines, grenade launchers, drones and anti-tank missiles, and they use excessive lethal force simply to discredit Western efforts in support of Ukraine, Stoltenberg said.

Maybe the west should have built better stuff and or maybe, just maybe not started a war with Russia…

Can’t wait until they start their war against China and they are trying to do just that, then China can be “hateful” and use too big bombs to sink all American Warships floating near China…

Unbelievable to imagine that the West is that damn “Woke and Karenized”…
