• The West is actively trying to convince everyone that this [terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall] was the work of the Islamic State and that no one else should be suspected, especially Ukraine. They speak directly and regularly about this country and its non-involvement. It becomes obsessive.
• We do not make any final conclusions until the investigation is fully completed. <…> The West is suspiciously actively convincing us, not only publicly, but also in contacts through our diplomatic missions, that there is no need to suspect Ukraine. Without explaining why.
• Washington sent us signals [regarding negotiations with the US on strategic stability]. They explained that it is impossible to talk about strategic stability in a situation where we are declared a strategic enemy who needs to be inflicted a “strategic defeat.”
• The irreparable confidence of the United States in its own rightness, omnipotence, and impunity has led to the fact that US foreign policy is now led by people who do not know how to engage in diplomacy.

• Мы не делаем каких-либо окончательных выводов до тех пор, пока полностью не будет завершено расследование. <…> Запад подозрительно активно убеждает нас, причём не только публично, но и в контактах по линии наших дипломатических миссий, что не надо подозревать Украину. Не объясняя почему.
• Вашингтон посылал нам сигналы [относительно переговоров с США по стратегической стабильности]. Объяснили, что невозможно разговаривать о стратегической стабильности в ситуации, когда мы объявлены стратегическим противником, которому нужно нанести «стратегическое поражение».

Eleven (11) people were detained in connection with the Crocus City Hall Terrorist attack, including the four (4) who were directly involved in shooting people. This is expressed by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB)…
The most important info will flow from the seven (7) people whom we do not see and or hear about. The show is for domestic consumption and helping Russians cope with what happened. The four men did it and are guilty, but the 7 (seven) unsaid captured are where the real info is being taken from…
The seven (7) are what causes the West to get nervous…

March 24 this year All major newspapers of the DPRK published on the front page a telegram of condolences from the Chairman of State Affairs of the DPRK Kim Jong-un to the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin in connection with the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.
