Finally installing original style Volga mud flaps and new shackle on Sammy the Volga…
Years ago the original mud flaps finally self-destructed and were never replaced. Last winter we found a new set about, like and or as close to original that can be found nowadays…
So I spent hours getting the left over bolts out and installed new flaps…
Then I spent hours installing a new longer shackle on drivers side. Now we are level again and we will have a set of new rear leaf springs made for next summer or so. Then I will install a set of springs…
Had to lay my body on the heavy bar to get spring down in place.
Then we had big delicious lunch…
