I guess the guy in the car would not get out and they are taking him anyway. Parking is an issue in Moscow and people will park on top your head if you do not watch out… 😉 But….most likely he would be in jail if this happened in America….think about it…
I think if the weather is good today? Svetochka and I will ride our bikes to the park…
