When being impious is in the wrong hands!

One might say it’s a good thing to have “regulatory institutions” to keep the “bad guys” at bay, either internally or externally with all the countries in the world. Thus, it is done to punish the envisaged wicked, to correct the anticipated lawless or simply aggrandize the whatnot’s with slender and power; but when the wicked are the police/military of a country it’s hard for someone/everyone to realize they are the problem, or that their country is reprehensible in others eyes…

It is never appropriate to be a subjugator…

I saw within a short span, a lifetime worth of rape, pillaging and destruction in Vietnam…
