Very important after seeing what happens in the USA and what the USA tries to pervade by; Putin will ban top officials in the Russian Government from having dual citizenship or any form of foreign residency permits — to reduce their inherited vulnerability to exposure to bribery and coercion of foreign intelligence service enlistment, which create serious vulnerabilities from due to dual citizenship…

PS: Ex PM Medvedev is now a deputy to Putin himself: Russia’s primary security law dictates that the Security Council is always chaired by the president himself. Medvedev’s position as Prime Minister will be filled by Federal Tax Service head Mikhail Mishustin. Some are saying that Medvedev’s position is akin to a Vice presidency spot?

The Security Council of the Russian Federation (SCRF; Russian: Совет безопасности Российской Федерации (СБРФ); Sovet bezopasnosti Rossiiyskoiy Federatsii (SBRF)) is a consultative body of the Russian President that works out the President’s decisions on national security affairs.
