PS: Ex PM Medvedev is now a deputy to Putin himself: Russia’s primary security law dictates that the Security Council is always chaired by the president himself. Medvedev’s position as Prime Minister will be filled by Federal Tax Service head Mikhail Mishustin. Some are saying that Medvedev’s position is akin to a Vice presidency spot?
