There are Russians who have not (yet) been sanctioned:

How terrible to be left out of the sanction party?
I hear as I walk the streets, “What have I done wrong?” and “Why them and not me?” and “Am I not worthy?”
It is a brutal road to travel in pursuit of sanctions….it seems at times that there are just not enough sanctions to go around & at times it looks like the USA is getting tired of being forced to hand out sanctions left and right…
My advice to Russians: don’t despair – many many more sanctions and more lies and more hate will follow since the US, NATO, and the EU will blame Russia for all and everything that goes wrong in their respective countries and agendas…

Expect more sanctions next year imposed because Russia failed to initiate programs for growing the level of transvestites/indoctrinating kids into LGBT within their population to at least a 15% of gross population availability…
