Главный смысл вчерашнего обращения Джо Байдена к нации заключался в том, что президент США еще жив, может сидеть за столом и способен — хотя и с запинками и оговорками — читать с телесуфлера. Не суть важно, что он там говорил: что-то про “передачу факела следующим поколениям” (под держателем факела подразумевался, вероятно, сын президента Хантер, сидевший неподалеку). Главное, что пока жив. Долгое время такой уверенности у американцев не было. <…> Именно на этот случай российский и китайский ВМФ проводят сейчас совместные учения, а российская военная эскадра направляется на Кубу. А то мало ли какие неожиданности принесут миру американские выборы. Действующий президент уже политический труп, у главного кандидата прострелено ухо. То ли еще будет.
