The Russian Federation’s Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response, in co-operation with the authorised federal executive authorities, continues to carefully record the continuing egregious facts of the inhumane treatment of civilians by Kiev authorities. Fighters from nationalist battalions continue to practice the Nazi methods of the last century with particular cruelty and sophistication: in Kharkov (in residential buildings on Akademika Pavlova and Krychevsky streets, in gymnasium 14, schools 73 and 145 and lyceum 161) and in Odessa (in houses on Radostnaya Street and in Kovrovsky Lane and in the building of school No 40), neo-Nazis, using civilians as a “human shield”, equipped firing positions and placed heavy weapons.
In addition, the Kiev regime continues to fabricate provocative materials about alleged civilian deaths as a result of indiscriminate artillery strikes by the Russian army: in Liman city in the Donetsk People’s Republic, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are shelling residential areas from the outskirts of the settlement with artillery guns. Meanwhile, journalists from Ukrainian and Western news agencies are videotaping (including using drones) the destroyed civilian infrastructure from safe locations. The footage is intended for fake news reports about alleged “Russian military atrocities”, which are soon to be widely disseminated in the Western media and on Internet resources.
Such inhuman actions and provocations of neo-Nazis once again prove that the Ukrainian authorities are alien to all moral norms and principles of international humanitarian law, and that the lives of peaceful people are absolutely not important to them.
Despite all the difficulties and obstacles imposed by the Ukrainian side, over the past day, without the participation of Kiev, 19,442 people were evacuated from dangerous areas, 4,468 of them children, and in total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 1,002,871 people have already been evacuated, of which 187,636 are children. The state border of the Russian Federation was crossed by 133,581 personal vehicles including 2,708 per day.
More than 9,500 temporary accommodation centres continue to operate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and are fully equipped with recreational facilities and hot meals. The refugees are treated individually and provided with qualified medical and psychological assistance. Families are promptly provided with housing, citizens are employed, and children are provided with places in schools and kindergartens.
Over the past 24 hours, the hotline of the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response, the federal executive authorities, the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and various civil society organizations received 148 appeals from foreign and Ukrainian citizens with requests for evacuation to the Russian Federation, the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics and to areas controlled by the Russian Armed Forces in the Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Kharkov and Kherson regions; the database contains 2,753,625 such appeals from 2,132 settlements in Ukraine.
Ukrainian nationalists continue to hold 90 foreign nationals from 5 countries hostage as “human shield”.
In addition, 75 foreign vessels from 17 countries remain blocked in 7 Ukrainian ports (Kherson, Nikolaev, Chernomorsk, Ochakov, Odessa, Yuzhniy and Mariupol). The threat of shelling and high mine danger created by official Kiev in its internal waters and territorial sea prevents vessels from safely leaving the ports and reaching the open sea.

The danger to navigation from Ukrainian mines drifting off their anchors along the coasts of Black Sea states remains.
The Russian Federation is taking a full range of comprehensive measures to ensure the safety of civilian navigation in the waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.
Federal executive authorities, together with the subjects of the Russian Federation, various public organizations, patriotic movements, continue to accumulate humanitarian aid.

among political parties and non-profit organisations: United Russia, the People’s Front All-Russian Public Movement, the All-Russian Public Organisation of Veterans “Battle Brotherhood”, the autonomous non-profit organisation for the support of humanitarian programmes “Russian Humanitarian Mission”, the All-Russian public and state organisation “Union of Russian Women”, the Almaz-Antey Military Defence Concern Joint Stock Company.
More than 22,000 tonnes of basic necessities and food kits, including baby food and life-saving medicines, have been prepared at collection points.
Since March 2, 16,207.1 tons of humanitarian cargo have already been delivered to Ukraine, 927 humanitarian actions have been carried out, including 7 actions in Kharkov and Zaporozhye regions, as well as in Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, during which 331 tons of basic necessities, medicines and food were transferred to the civilian population of the liberated areas.

Poland still buying Russian gas – Gazprom
Poland continues to buy Russian natural gas from Germany via reverse flows, after its direct supplies were suspended due to non-payment in rubles, Russia’s energy giant Gazprom has said.
Gazprom announced a complete halt of gas exports to Poland Wednesday in line with a new payment mechanism launched earlier this month. According to Gazprom, supplies will not resume until Warsaw complies with the new terms. Deliveries to Bulgaria were also halted, for the same reason.
