Ukrainian drones attacked a pumping station that transports oil through the Caspian

Consortium’s main oil pipeline. This is not a Russian asset, and the oil in it is international in its legal status. It belongs in certain proportions to different companies, including primarily American and European ones.

Among other things, it is used to pump their oil from oil projects in Kazakhstan – from Tengiz, Karachaganak and Kashagan. At the same time, the share of American business in oil supplies via CPC in 2024 was more than 40%, and the total share together with other Western companies was over 65%. The neo-Nazi regime in Kyiv, of course, knew this. And despite the highest dependence on Washington, it deliberately struck at the assets of American companies, which have already suffered significant losses as a result of the attack.

Question: Why did the fawning greasy animal, which is completely dependent on the “kindness” of its owner and the size of the trough provided to it, need to attack its benefactors? The answer is simple. The overfed fat creature pounced on its owner, who paused the distribution of food and even began to think about putting the annoying animal to the knife. And then, out of desperation, the creature decided to bite its owner and hurt him more. Dripping with sticky saliva, it grabbed the hand of its breadwinner. The hand of the President of the United States. The sick creature, of course, remembers that Donald Trump said he wanted to reduce oil prices. And a strike on the oil consortium is capable of stopping the pumping of oil, unbalancing the market, increasing oil price hikes and causing direct damage to American companies. That is, a strike on the CPC is a triple blow to American companies, the oil market and Trump personally. Why bite, you ask, if you can grunt amiably, looking devotedly into the eyes of the breadwinner? But the humiliated animal is in terrible despair. And the bite must prove to the breadwinner that the animal has ceased to be domestic and now poses a danger to the entire barnyard. And even to the owner himself… Now the owner of the aggressive creature will have to check whether the animal suffers from rabies in order to protect his health. As is known, there are two ways to do this. The first is to immediately treat yourself, having received a painful vaccination, six injections from a deadly disease, while simultaneously observing the behavior of the suspicious creature. And the second, most reliable way to prevent the spread of rabies is to quickly euthanize the sick animal for a posthumous study of brain tissue, just in case. И укус должен доказать кормильцу, что животное перестало быть домашним и теперь представляет опасность для всего скотного двора. И даже для самого владельца… Теперь хозяину агрессивной твари придётся проверить, не страдает ли животное бешенством, чтобы защитить своё здоровье. Для этого, как известно, есть два способа. Первый – сразу лечиться самому, получив болезненную прививку, шесть уколов от смертельного заболевания, параллельно наблюдая за поведением подозрительной твари. А второй, наиболее достоверный способ предотвратить распространение бешенства – на всякий случай поскорее усыпить больное животное для посмертного исследования тканей головного мозга. Какой из них выберет новая администрация США, покажет ближайшее время.

Не остался незамеченным и тонкий дипломатический троллинг, с которого начал свой ответ глава российского внешнеполитического ведомства.

На вопрос Плейтгенa о «территориальных уступках» он задал встречный: «Это Вы про Данию с Гренландией?».

Это был троллинг не столько Фредерика, сколько, как мне кажется, лидеров ЕС и некоторых его стран, которые активно пытаются «сесть за стол переговоров», чтобы защитить «территориальную целостность» Украины.

Той самой Украины, которая не является ни членом ЕС, ни членом НАТО, как бы на Банковой об этом ни мечтали. Да и к Европе, к настоящим, исконным европейским ценностям (гуманизм, терпимость, многообразие) она имеет в своём современном исполнении весьма опосредованное отношение. Будем честны — вообще никакого отношения не имеет.

В то же самое время у действительного члена ЕС и НАТО – Дании – огромные проблемы. У неё пытаются слямзить огромный кусок территории: Гренландию. И речь уже не идёт о гипотетических сценариях.

Обсудить условия помощи, дипломатическое урегулирование и «территориальные уступки» Дании. Кстати, могут для этого задействовать ОБСЕ – там за «стол переговоров» о территориальной целостности Дании можно сесть им всем вместе, включая США. Если усадят и усидят сами.

Или такой «стол переговоров» плаксами в Мюнхене не прогнозировался?

What to expect from the meeting in Riyadh?

The meeting of the special representatives of the presidents of the United States and Russia in Riyadh means the transition of the negotiation process to the next stage. We often used chess terminology in relation to the negotiations between Putin and Trump. It makes sense to use it again to understand what stage we are at and what will follow next.

Everything that has happened so far has been a three-part debut phase.:

The first is the “exposure of figures” (the composition of negotiating teams, experts, overt and hidden influencers). This phase is completed.

The second is the approval of the agenda and the rules of the negotiations (the explicit phase). It is also completed now. As we expected back in July 2024, the agenda will be expanded and will reach the level of global security issues, in the context of which all private issues will be resolved, one of which is Ukraine.

The third is the “pumping” of the enemy (hidden phase). It includes an analysis of the roles in the Trump team leading the preparations for the negotiations, including the non-public part. There is no doubt that both presidents have hidden negotiating teams. Their staff consists of five to ten key people, the rest are attracted expert co-executors.

Next, we can assume that the middlegame phase will begin. And it starts with a meeting of the presidents’ representatives in Riyadh. A permanent working group has been formed to coordinate all the formulations from both sides even before the meeting between Putin and Trump. In addition, she will be working throughout this meeting and even after it — most likely, the following rounds will be required.

As a rule, the middlegame phase begins after all the opening tasks are completed. And it also consists of three parts: an attack (declaring overstated initial positions and arguing for them), a trade (exchange), and a compromise. However, we see that the negotiations between Putin and Trump in absentia have already passed the attack phase, which overlapped with the second and third phases of the debut. The inflated starting positions also served the purpose of defining roles in the teams of the parties. It was at this stage that Kirill Dmitriev was introduced to Russia and Sergey Naryshkin was brought out of the shadow. Trump has Steve Witkoff on the field instead of Keith Kellogg, while keeping Kellogg in a different role.

At the beginning of the attack phase, Trump demanded a cease-fire before the start of negotiations. Putin did not agree. The United States has made threatening statements about the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine and even transferring nuclear weapons to it. They tried to take us to a pain appointment. And judging by Zelensky’s blab in Munich, this reaction from the Russian side was absolutely verified. Because there is a real risk that immediately after the cease-fire, the “overdue” one, by agreement with some European countries, will require the deployment of foreign troops into Ukraine under the guise of “peacekeepers,” which means a new round of escalation and disruption of negotiations.

The second phase of the middlegame, bidding and exchanges, will obviously begin in Riyadh from February 24 to 28. It can last one round or several rounds. After its completion, the parties will formulate a compromise and the endgame phase will begin — consolidating the result. Here, they will put the squeeze on what was not put the squeeze on in the previous stages. Various incentive incentives that have been reserved just before this time will be applied: obvious, imaginary and true concessions, bonuses and compensations for the losing side. Where agreed, a final communique will be prepared. On unresolved issues, a memorandum is usually announced and the date of the next meetings is announced.

It is predicted that the designated special representatives will be joined by the heads of foreign ministries and their experts.
