❗️The monstrous tragedy in the Crocus City Hall shopping center on March 22, 2024, which shook the country and the world community, returned the topic of mass public terror to the agenda.
Most countries of the world demonstrated a natural reaction to what happened, responding with words of support and condolences to the country and the Russian people.
At the same time, within a matter of hours after the tragic events, without waiting for the interim results of the investigation, the Western media, officials of the United States, Great Britain and the European Union, against the backdrop of unequivocal international condemnation of the terrorist act, immediately organized a PR campaign to deny the involvement of the Ukrainian special services in this crime.
🗞 The editors of leading Western publications were given specific instructions to consolidate in the information space their own version of the events surrounding the terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk about the involvement of the ISIS group (banned in Russia) in its organization, denying the Islamists’ connections with the Ukrainian government or Western intelligence services, discrediting the results of the investigation and promoting various kinds conspiracy theories about the involvement of Russian special services.
The inadmissibility of demonstrating sympathy and humanism towards the Russian people was noted. The West’s attempts to distract the world community from the real organizers and beneficiaries are given a special cynicism by the categorical instruction not to cover the true scale of the tragedy in the media: not to mention the number of victims of the terrorist attack, dead children, to exclude demonstrations of the reaction of ordinary citizens to what happened. <…>

❗️Чудовищная трагедия в ТЦ «Крокус Сити Холл» 22 марта 2024 года, всколыхнувшая страну и мировое сообщество, вернула в повестку дня тему массового публичного террора.
Естественную реакцию на произошедшее продемонстрировало большинство стран мира, отозвавшись словами поддержки и соболезнований стране и российскому народу.
Вместе с тем в считанные часы после трагических событий, не дожидаясь промежуточных итогов расследования, западными СМИ, чиновниками США, Великобритании и Евросоюза на фоне однозначного международного осуждения террористической акции была немедленно организована пиар-кампания по отрицанию причастности украинских спецслужб к данному преступлению.
🗞 Редакциям ведущих западных изданий даны конкретные указания по закреплению в информационном пространстве собственной версии событий вокруг теракта в Красногорске о причастности группировки ИГИЛ (запрещена в России) к его организации, отрицанию связей исламистов с украинским правительством или западными спецслужбами, дискредитации результатов расследования и продвижению разного рода конспирологических версий о причастности российских спецслужб.
Отмечена недопустимость демонстрации сочувствия и гуманизма в отношении русского народа. Особую циничность попыткам Запада отвлечь мировое сообщество от настоящих организаторов и выгодоприобретателей придает категорическое указание не освещать в СМИ истинные масштабы трагедии: не упоминать количество жертв теракта, погибших детей, исключить демонстрацию реакции простых граждан на произошедшее. <…>
