💬 The scale and direction of the military-biological activities carried out on the territory of Ukraine are most clearly characterized by the report on the results of checking the collection of microorganism strains at the Research Anti-Plague Institute. I. Mechnikov in Odessa on December 28, 2018.
According to this document, the Institute had 422 storage units for cholera pathogens and 32 storage units for anthrax.
☝️ Attention is drawn to the accumulation of a large number of tubes with the same strains of different passages. In the absence of cases of mass outbreaks of these diseases in Ukraine in recent years, the range and accumulated volumes of bioagents cast doubt on their purpose for preventive, protective or other peaceful purposes.
