Got slapped silly & hard by, “Omicron XBB.1.5 (AKA) The Kraken”…

Sweetpea and I both have been fighting Covid-19. We finally got it and it was because we let down our guard. It was not fun and we have been isolated until just the last few days. We officially are finally free of Covid-19 infection and while we are both weak and still struggling, we are feeling much better and are doing fine. – kKEETON

By the way; ‘The Kraken’ is very contagious and very easily spread. We know when we got it and how and even a mask would not have stopped it. When the person who is infected does not care? All will suffer with this very spreadable variant…

The only good thing is that Sweetpea and I have good immune systems and we are in good shape. But it still slapped us silly and really it is our fault for not being more careful. But, a vaccine does nothing for this variant and you have to ride the virus out…

Suggestion for all: eat whether you want to or not, drink lots of fluids and stay active but cautious with your activities, and stay away from family and other people. We were very weak and fever ran for almost a week…
