Mikhail Saakashvili has received an identity card in Amsterdam, which gives him the right to live and work in the European Union…
“Today in Amsterdam, for the first time in a while, I have a document proving my identity. Immediately upon arrival in the Netherlands, I was given an identity card that entitles me to live and work in the European Union, the entire procedure took only a few minutes.” Saakashvili said.
The ex-President of Georgia was earlier deported from Ukraine, via a private flight to Poland. Saakashvili was “stateless” as both countries stripped him of citizenship.
But…… They leave out the part that Saakashvili has an US passport also. So as far as being stateless? Don’t think so….but it sounds good…
